NON REGISTRATION OF CAR

MY CAR BEARING REGISTRATION NO. CH03H9031 (MARUTI WAGON R-LX) SHIFTED FROM CHANDIGARH TO RAIPUR SOMETIMES IN MAY 2010. THE REGISTRATION FEES, ROAD TAX AND OTHER CHARGES WAS DEPOSITED BY ME AT RTO, RAIPUR ALONGWITH ORIGINAL NOC OBTAINED FROM RTO, CHANDIGARH. TILL DATE, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY RTO, RAIPUR FOR REGISTRATION OF MY CAR AT RAIPUR.
