Rto, Vishrantwadi, Pune — Four wheeler licence not received from 23.02.12

I have given test drive for 4 wheeler license on 23.02.2012 and my 2 wheeler license has also been taken away and till date I have not received my license.

I have mentioned my cell no on submitted papers, but no communication to me.

Please look into the matter.
