[Resolved]  Runwal Developers — Construction

Hi, I am resident of Runwal Estate, Thane, 400607, and have shifted 4 yrs back. The building is 4 years old. The flooring tiles of my living room came out. When I enquired, came to know that in our building itself there are 8 more flats who have faced the same. The expenditure coming out is of around Rs. 20,000/-. And builder is not taking any responsibility of the construction. They say once the flat is sold and the possession taken their responsibility ends.
