The marriage bureau, Saat phere is a fake service which claims to help you arrange 11 meetings for your daughter/son. They had approached us few months back and took Rs. 11000. Since then they have not arranged any meetings for my daughter and everytime I call them they disconnect the calls. They keep sending the same profiles when I remind them and insist that I should consider the boy who they suggest.

Its quite shocking that the newspapers now a days dont do a due diligence on such matrimonial services before they allow them to post an ad with their newspaper. I came across Saat Phere through TOI and have fallen a prey to them.

Parents please be cautious.

Dear friends don't fall prey to the telecallers of this organisation. they collect ph nos. from the news papers and will give u a call giving fake assurances. Actually they have got least infrastructure to do such jobs and there website is a bogus one too.

i m a harrassed customer of saat phere...and my membership is still on as on 17th feb 2014 ...and 5 months r due

this is only the preview...of complaints...ppl can understand how customers r treated here from day 1 thru my journey so far in saat phere

list of complaints

1)first complaint is against branch manager -pune who speak very harshly to the customers-that now i no longer feel like calling there though my money is blocked..


2)secondly..they dont send profiles, (from day1)... unless 5-6 times on phone.we remind them and...and ...when we call up...speak to branch manager...she shouts at us like an irritating woman

During 4th such lot(on 17th feb -today...i cud not resist posting my response here any longer after last talk with her )

when i told her
"when u dont send lot on time-u shud email us when u feel it will be delayed so that we know u r active "and

"why did u not intimate my last email when i had specifically asked u to intimate receipt my email even in subject line "

her reply is[in harsh tone ofcourse ] "u r not the only customer ok..that i will go on pc and mail u...we have lots of other work to do and do not expect me to do these things for u "she told this 3-4 times

"u r not our boss that we will reply to ur mails!!!"

this was her response on 4th lot which ...again was delayed after 3-5 reminders on phone and official mails...i had even asked to mark cc to Manish hate so that he is the witness of smooth working...but all in vain...tell me what i shud do ?


3)extremely poor and delayed service is provided


4)on basis that u generally send 10-15 profiles after every 15 days...we took membership of Rs 4500/= on 30Dec 2013

from day1 itself-we have noticed

-after calling these ppl-5-6 times ...they send profiles... that too 6 profiles and 4 will be without photo

-when i ask for rest 4 profiles (caz min 10 profiles), instead of feeling regret ...they actually shout at us asking ""u first c what we have send us to u"..."and dont u understand we r working ?"...as if we r beggars and behind them

5)on 1st feb(3rd lot was expected)...i felt lets c what if i dont remind!!!ur employees did not send a single profile ...then on 8th feb i called them and branch manager was shouting on me only in high peach ...she had not even read the complaint mail send on 7th feb 14 and 15th jan 14

very first thing is "u pls keep call recording in our organisation " and

2nd...u train ur employees for customer care...and record their calls for quality monitoring purposes ...


3rd...pls monitor the calls...they even LIE the customers

ur marketing person before said "we send min 10-15 profiles after every 15 days"i made her assess the database 2-3 times and she and vaishali[branch manager of borivli] confirmed me that they can give me my desired profiles thru-out 7 months smoothly

and on 1st jan -result was 6 profiles...i asked for remaining 4 on 8th jan14...ur ppl saying "after 2 days ""after 2 days"and 15th jan came (time for 2nd lot)

i complained on 15th jan to vaishali...when r u sending the shortfall ?she said actually shouted "dont u know caz of 14th jan festival...all had asked to withhold the profiles ...as if she was going to shower profiles on 15th jan[NO-THERE WAS NO SUCH SHOWER AND I KNEW IT SHE WAS LYING OUTRIGHT ]

i told her and she confirmed she will be sending 14 profiles on 15thjan14 and we kept the phone

c her GREAT productivity
she send me just 6 profiles ONLY on 15th jan14 ...i called her up...she was in train...comfortably left for the day...i said "what abt 14 profiles we talked abt today ?"she said
"i send all i had"i have no more profiles!!!

I WAS SHOCKED
i send a "high complaint mail"-she did not respond to it and when i called up next day -her friend said u r registered in pune branch ...go and call there

my question is
1)i[censored]r profiles as per my desires are over now?what will u send in next 6 months?i mean 120 profiles(6 months* min 10-15 profiles)
2)why did u assure us that 7 months smoothly u can send us profiles ?BEFORE PAYMENT
3)..she is a manager and so unprofessional
4)how cud she not have courtesy to call me...after the "high complaint mail"i send her or even a reply back on email


5)she did not even have a courtesy to inform me that "we know u r expecting 14-but we r sending u only 6"and she went home coMfortably without informing /mailing...it HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

and
6)on 1st feb...3rd lot...she send us ZERO profiles...ZERO!!...SHE FORGOTTON ALL...and after 8 days i send mail to u...still no reply from her

I MEAN this is quality o[censored]r manager !!in Mumbai!!


7)now ur marketing personal chanda bhosle...assured again and again before purchase "minimum 10...u will certainly get every fortnight "and

AFTER PURCHASE now when they r short of profiles i talked to her...
she says"no mam...i had said it can be less also!!"...LIE LIE... PPL can understand how i felt like then

pls tell will any sane person with normal thinking capacity will take ur package if he hears this before...I MEAN LESS CAN BE ZERO ALSO!!

so...my earnest request-pls pls monitor ur calls...

and TODAY...ur branch manager had crossed all limits talking this way to me

pls note...in Mumbai...i[censored] call a service industry...SONY, LG, Just dial, sharekhan, karvy or even MTNL(govt organisation)
1)we get quality service and in time
2)on complaint ...a ticket number is issued immediately and complaint is resolved within 24 hours...and most important they feel regret for complaint [ur employees instead of feeling regret shout at us ]
3)ask ur employees to call JUST DIAL services [protected] and learn from them the standards of speaking to customer ...

they dont shout at customers like irritating ppl


U R people one group and provide good HR to big companies...its high time u review ur ppl and
GENUINELY CONDUCT INTERNAL AUDIT
SO THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS R ALSO REWARDED AND JUSTIFIED


and for 4th lot...this was manager's response..."u r not the only customer...that i will go on pc and mail u "..pls c details above


As for me...pls return my Rs 4500/- back- i no longer have strength to call these ppl for next 5 months for marraige profiles...every time i cannot act as recovery officer !!

we r actually in tears now and badly regret for taking the membership ...my money is blocked and u r not giving me service...tell me why shud i call u 5-6 times for profiles which u shud smoothly send ?and tk ur harsh words?????????

only Mr Manish Hate had a courtesy to call me and did apologise to me 2 weeks back ...i did call him b4 writing today on 17th feb ...he is unwell today...but ur branch manager's hyper irritating response(HER HIGH PEACH SPECIALLY AS IF WE R DEFAULTERS] today cud not stop me from writing here.and wait for him

plss give me my full money back...for rest 5 months atleast..i no longer wish to fight ...again i m extremely aggreived and awaiting ur response at the earliest

EITHER GIVE ME THE PROMISED SERVICE(which is not possible for u ..now that i know ur infrastructure)...or

I am putting up a review of Saat phere matrimony as I think should be done to make all people aware.

I had taken 3 months membership wherein I was promised that I would be shown or provided profiles of our requirement . The Borivali branch mentioned that after every 10 days, they will email me selected profiles. I will like to give an honest, unbiased opinion of this matrimonial service

1) First of all, I never received profiles after every 10 days. In my three months time duration, sometimes I had to call them up for profiles.

2) Secondly, once you call them for profiles, they send profiles randomly. The phrase "that we send profiles based on candidates requirements" is totally misleading . Dont fall prey to this.

3) Third, they dont have a website of their own and no facility where one can login in his/her profile and search profiles. So in short, if in same amount a candidate is getting membership of reputed Matri sites with their own website/login facility, why should one invest in your matrimony. My mother fell preyed to their frequent calls and I had to opt for this membership, although I never personally wanted to take SaatPhere membership.

4) The Branch lady at Mumbai Borivali will tell you that they also contact Brides/Grooms parents for facilitating a meeting. But this is rarely done by branch manager/customer service there.

4) Any on my experience of searching girls, all educated/urban parents and girls will definitely create their own profiles on reputed Matri sites like Bharatmatrimony, Shaadi, Jeevansathi, where one can browse profiles free of cost. So if you are truly looking for educated/smart/cultured brides/grooms, 99% you will also see them on this reputed sites. So why take membership of Saat Phere.

In my opinion, I would never again take a membership of this matrimonial service nor recommend to anyone. Parents/Individuals pls think 10 times and read my review above before taking membership with this matri site.
Worst service ever, they do not send profiles n everytime i had to call them n had to ask to send profile.before giving money they called us everyday, and after getting money they are very harsh. An advice to others they make excuses each time and say they have problem in data - computer stuff n take many days extra.since m a student i call them because i have time.a request do not pay in saat phere.
Saat Phere Jaipur has really helped us a lot in finding a right match for my sister. I appreciate Nisha Madam who has been really very kind.
This Saat Phere Matrimonial Marriage beuro is totally fraud. I had done registration of Rs 4500 in Saat Phere. Before registration they promise me to send me the profile according to my requirement. So I had done registration there. Its been a two month of registration they do not sending me a single suitable profile to me. When I asked them to send profile according to my requirement they always said send me the profile which is not suitable to me. They did promise me. Please beware of this fraud Marriage beuro. After registration they will forgot you and you need to tell them send profile. Again they would send you the profile which is not suitable.

Please refund my money.
