[Resolved]  SABMiller India — Unethical behaviour towards an employee

I am ex employee of Sabmiller India, the sales director (T J Venkateshwaram) , My Manager head national key accounts (Kavita bagga) and HR director Hari Kirshana insulted me in all possible way. They put all false allegations on me.
The HR director forced me to resign humiliated me in front of a fellow colleague
My rating for the past year was confirmed, Fixed and submitted in the documents but at the time of asking me to leave they changed it from 4 to 2 this unethical act was done just to avoid paying me bonus and to justify there action of asking me to leave.
