[Resolved]  SACHIN GAS AGENCY — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

Sachin Gas Agency (Bharat Gas) — New Connection

Dear Sir,

I have booked for a new connection and submitted my documents on 27 th April. I was told that verification will be done within 3 days and then i have to pay Rs. 3750 for a gas, stove and regulator set.
I have been reminding him regularly. But 15 days are over and still the verification is not done. On my asking the dealers employee busted on me and misbehaved. The gas agency is situated at Lajpat nagar-4, Old double storey, Delhi 110024.

Today when i went there to ask about the status, he told me that the verification is still pending and on insisting he returned my documents nad tore my application form.

Request you to look into this matter.

sir main bahut pareshaan ho gai hoon aapki agency ka koi bhi worker phone nahi uthata hai or jab uthate hain to koi reply nahi hota hai ...mera consumer no. hai 16352 or house no, hai E-7/1 siddharth nagar hari nagar ashram new delhi 110014... thanks sir i am waiting for your reply

we have a bharat gas connection from sachin gas service in the name of my mom, Geeta Maheshwari, consumer no. 8698. we are facing very much problem regarding the delivery of gas. inspite of booking before 15 days we are not receiving the cylinder. I am not the only one who is facing this problem but there are many people who are facing this problem. The persons over there in the office dont respond on our phone calls. we have to visit there and get our cylinder booked which is very difficult for everyone in this busy life.

I request you to kindly take some action against all consumer's complaints.

I have booked the gas on 3rd March 2010 but even today the gas cylinder has not been supplied (Consumer No 14393). When I called up i was informed that it will take another 10 days to supply the cylinder.

This agency is the worst agency I have ever seen. They are willfully harrassing the customers & not supplying even after several reminders & visits

I request you to kindly look into the matter & ensure prompt supply which is never been done.

All the above mentioned complaints are true, because I am also facing the same problem every time to book the gas.

You are requested to take strong action against the Gas Agency.
