sir,
i beg to say that i am your employee and facing some difficulty due to lack of communication between employee in every branch of bihar mainly at Darbhanga and Madhubani that you are sending us Imprest money in the name of 3rd man or 4th man but you know very well that money will be spent according to branch manager or sec worker officer and if any inconvenience has occurred then responsibility goes to that man in which name you have sent.
Therefore , i request you to please make a strict rule about this and send us a good instruction in this matter.I shall be highly obiliged for this.
