I had deposited Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only)/- in sahara rajat yojana, which was withdrawn in April 2011. The Pricipal amount with interest was paid on 29.04.2011 by Branch manager, Bawana , Delhi Office. In this purpose I am received of Rs. 18,541/- after deducted TDS of Rs.949/- .I am Shown 26 AS My TDS has been not deposited by Sahara Commerical Corp LTD tll date. So you are requested Please Deposit me TDS Of RS. 949/- In First QTY F.Y. 2011-12 & A.y. 2012-13. at earlist. My PAN is AHZPG5949C. This is for general information to every one, those who are invested in sahara india commercial corporation limited.i have the two nos of account in sahara india commercial corporation bering account no-[protected], [protected] under the head of Nirmana, the amount has been release and as per the income tax act, TDS also deducted from my account but the same TDS has not deposied on my account u/s 25 AS, i have 4 times informed to kartyav council relating to this matter, but no body given the answer?Where it is checting organisation ?.At the time of release i have produced my Pan no.-BNFPS5762J and same time my pan no updated in the system of BSA(the software used by sahara)
