Sahara India — Regarding supply of substandard Products

Sub: Regarding supply of sub-standard Products by sahara.

Sir,
This has reference to the product kit delivered by sahara india on dated[protected] against receipt no.[protected] and our telephonic discussion with Mr Sri niwas Relationship manager (Lucknow.) [protected] dated 14/02/2011,12:38hrs.IST duration 11min.35sec. cheque no. 14199 dated 28.10.2010 Indian Over Seas bank Gandhidham.

In this regards I state the following points:

1.Product kit is not delivered within due and dates as committed by sahara; it has taken more than the double tenure so products became useless for us.

2. The pearl ladies wrist watch is of very poor in quality, its market value is not more than Rs 200/-but sahara has sold me by Rs. 3000/- which is unfair and also violation of consumer protection acts too.

3. The saree is of too much poor in quality and suit length too is not reasonable on account of its prices.
The Sahara privilege card’s validity from 10/2010 but I got it on 09/02/2011 means 04 months later then what about 4 months?

Seeing the above points I handed over the product kit to the concerned branch office Gandhidham on dated 14/02/2011 along with all components of the kit.

And requested to sahara to Refund the amount at earliest Rs. 5500/- and ensure us to not encourage such type of miss – sale in future.

Although I have contacted in between to branch office as well as head office so many times but they are neither replied me not resolving the issue.
