Exactly correct, they are always good before you pay money so I'll suggest even if you are chosing them, don't pay full money otherwise they are not chasable.

I have good experience with Sahara relocation, my all house hold goods reached from hyderabad to mumbai with in 2 days safely. I agree at one point that we should not pay full amount at the time on loading, at least 30-40% amount we should pay at delivery.
I had one of my worst experience with Sahara Packers and Movers, when i called them for enquiry for shifting my house just 1 Km away they were so sweet and promised every thing on time and gave a quote for Rs.4200/- and promised to send their people at 9.30 am sharp but after calls after calls they send 2 people with a small auto to shift the things, i had no option to change them, it took us the whole day till 8.00 pm in the night to shift the things and they just dumped all the things in the new house and gave me a bill of Rs.4800/- when i called the office to inform about the difficulty faced during shifting they were so rude in replying.
I kindly request every one not to please, please use Sahara Packers and Movers.

Let me share another worst experience with you, My goods were lastly delivered after so many calls and hindrance and it took around one month to get this delivered. Some goods were missing and some were damaged as the complete transaction went very unprofessionally and irresponsibly. Now after two months, I'm still waiting for my missing luggage and damage settlement. When ever I'm calling to Subhash or others in Sahara they are not responding and even I have put tens of mails but no reply. I'm cursing to that moment when I chosen Sahara for my relocation.

Till now I didn't get missed luggage and I came to know that they are just taking money and do not make it insured. There is huge risk when your luggage is getting transferred without getting insured even when we are paying money seperately for it. Their service and response is and I hope nobody will use their service second time.

I'm again sharing another worst experience with Sahara Relocation Packers and movers. After seeing my all complaint Subhash called me and told that he faced lots of losses because of online complaint and asked me to remove these all. Then I asked him for my missed luggage or compensate money but he didn't tell anything just other than asking for removing online complaint.
One day he agreed and asked me for my credentials so that he could remove these complaint and if you see comment above of this post you can see "Please delete all compailents" is actually posted by Subhash from Sahara Movers and Packers. Now around 7 months are passed and I have made hundreds of calls but they never bothered about anything. When I mention my name on call he will just disconnect and I have no way to get my missed luggage.

What do you mean by above statement"I kept my household items since a year" do you mean you have given your household item to them and its with them since a year??? Note that they are packers and movers and not warehouse server.

i used sahara to shift my house hold items from chennai to hyderabad, and i lost one box containing mixi and other items, they promised to deliver the same with in a day or two and still am not got any response from them, most surprising thing they are not even picking up the phone calls, how to make complaints with consumer court in such cases, any one can guide ?
My Self Mr. Syam i read all complaint about Sahara yet i truste specialy Mr. Sombir Singh and gave my lagguage relocate for Mumbai. I am happy saying this service was excellent and safely.I think there are so many company related Sahara Packers and Movers But SAHARA RELOCATION PACKERS AND MOVERS EXCELLENT FROM THEM. This company gave good service there customer.

I'm again sharing deep deep worst experience with Sahara Relocation Packers and movers. I given my luggage to them for logistics in Pune because I was traveling to abroad all of sudden an there is no choice to put my luggage anywhere. I have followed them so many times after putting my luggage in Sahara Logistics but they never told any clear-cut answer whether my luggage is safe and in good condition. After following up so many times and calls, I have decided to get back my luggage to my native address . And then I asked to deliver my all luggage to my native address Allahabad. But I received my luggage after two months of time after so many follow up from me, myn brother and my relatives. And I have received luggage with lots of losses and damage. Then I asked him for my missed luggage or compensate money but he didn't tell anything and they are not even receiving my phone calls now. They have delivered my luggage without my LED-Smart TV and other missing item of total cost around one Lakh Rupees.
Now around 5 months are passed and I have made hundreds of calls but they never bothered about anything. When I or my relatives mention my name on call he will just disconnect and I have no way to get my missed luggage.

I do have bad experience how do we go to consumer court? Is there any one joined with me i am ready to go. Although my luggage are with them still they bargaining and black mailing to give my luggage back.

In the hurry of shifting I made the worst mistake of my life taking services of Sahara relocations. I have previously moved my house from one city to another and one country to another but never had such a bad experience.
In one day they made my life hell. That too tgw shifting was just from 4th floor to 9th floor. They gave a huge quote of 10000/- but I agreed since they confirmed twice that they would pack all my sofa, electronics almirah and beds etc and plus all kitchen items plus crockery even if they r to be shifted 5 floors.
But on the day of shifting it was worse. They brought all of it without packing. The only pack they did was a bubble wrap roughly tied up. That too on tv fridge and almirah. They broke my fridge's bottom part and refused to accept. When I called his sales fellow who had given the quote with all sweet coatings... he denied saying it was not his purview at all. He told me his boss would call but that call never came.
The people were in such a hurry that they just dumped things anyhow and wouldnt even wait for me to explain where to put it. They were dumb when sense of space came. One of thr guys refused packing up my carpet saying iy wasnt his work at all. My most expensive carpets were barely covered with a tape and now the tape wont be removed. It has left its stickiness ans colour on my carpet permanently.
My clothes were dumped in a carton box that too old and broken one. They didnt have even a single carton box or crate with their names on it. The quality was worst. They dumped the clothes in a single broken box till all its wall's end much more than the box could take and barely taped it. Now the tape couldnt be removed from my clothes.
My bags were just thrown and manhandled by those guys. A whole 6 pillows and many small and big things are missing.
The kitchen items were just dumped in crates and crockery wasnt packed or cared for. Moreover as soon as they finished... they asked for crates without letting me even unpack them. I asked their help for unpacking which I was promised by their sales fellow but they refused. They broke my kitchen cabinet and some kitchen fittings and made it unusable.
This happened just yesterday. Now I am trying to call them but to no avail. I am really upset and dont know what to do.

Told them and i shared the receipt as well but they denies and askes me to pay again otherwise we will stop your luggage in the way. I beg them i paid already and deducted from the account as well but they not ready them i have paid again so i paid double payment as i need my goods. After 2 days the stucked payment also transfrlerred their account.
Aftwr that i am chasing them for my payment which was 31000 but not received till today.
So i would say never ever opt services of Sahara as their owner Mr. Singh also unprofessional.

I was relocated from Hyderebad to Ghaziabad and really now frustated with Subhash and others in the company. Actually this is not a company while you can term as Shop which is being handled by Subhash.
