Sent a family car from Delhi to Guwahati. they took the car from home on 16.03.2023. Raised an invoice on 14.03.2023. We paid Rs 7000 advance against an invoice of Rs 14000. After four days they tell us that advance was not sufficient & the car was held up on way (at Patna) for further transportation. They raised a new invoice for Rs. 28373 on 16.03.2023. They asked for full amount. We had to pay after heated discussions. But they had lied & hadn't sent the car till then. On 18th or 19th they dispatched the car. In the morning of 28th they informed that the car had reached Guwahati.
WE being 120 Km away from Guwahati, we asked them to give delivery of car by 4 p.m so that we could return the same day. We waited at the informed location till 8 p.m with no result & no signs of delivery. They stopped taking calls. After 8 p.m we got into heated discussions with them & just said that why they were fooling us & that they were cheaters. That was it...they started abusing & speaking filthy language. They even threatened that we cant do anything if they won't deliver the car. It was so embarrassing as they harassed & humiliated us badly. After 8 p, m they informed that the car was unloaded 60 Km before guwahati & that it would be sent by road. Also they asked for Rs 2000 more for dispatch else the car won't be sent.
We did all for being helpless. Ultimately the car was delivered at 10.30 p, m & that too on national highway not at the city location. We took the carb& in the heat of moment forgot to check the articles inside which were sent from home. After reaching back at 2.30 in the morning, we checked the luggage on the next day & found out that some of costly items like a Car Seat Cover for our other Micra car alongwith a Back Light of Micra Car & some costly medicines kept in the cup board were missing.
On informing them they feigned ignorance & on the other hand charged us for telling lies.
In my 40 years of career I have not come across such a cheap, fraud & irresponsible transporter. on checking the web site there after we found that there sere so many victims of the same kind of treatment by them.
They should be taken to task & made to pay compensation & extend apology. Else to be closed down. The can't be let loose like this on more people like us.
