[Resolved]  Saluja Ford, S. A. S. Nagar, Mohali — Misbehaved By Service Manager

My Self Inderjit Dhillon from Nangal Dam . Vanue Was Saluja Ford ,Mohali and the time was 11:45 AM Date 03-09-12, I along with my father Sr. Surmukh Singh visited for Paid Servicing of 20,000 KM of my Car Ford Fiesta Clxi ,Regn. No.PB-12-Q / 5001. Bearing Chassis and Engine No.CR44836 .The Service Was already booked before 1 week for the date[protected] at 09:45 AM. I note down about paid service of 20,000 km along with my complaints to the service adviser Mr. Santosh Kumar.
The Complaints was as under:
1.) Bearing Noise from right side tire.
2.) Open close hardness of all doors.
3.) Poor washing of previous service.
Vehicle kept for trial and they announced the problem must be Tire or Bearing. They enquire about the alignment and wheel balancing of the vehicle, I Said all is well, and there is no problem during Driving with alignment and balancing. Mr.Santosh Said if you do not want to align the tires, there is no problem it’s your wish, the work was on progress, untimely they were announced all tires are defected. I said, how…? Find the Problem. Then Mr. Santosh said it should be found after the alignment and wheel balancing, you pay Rs. 250/- For Alignment and 350/- for wheel balancing, after that we found problem about noise. I Said why I pay Rs. 250/- For Alignment and 350/- for wheel balancing. I Said,” Solve the problem of noise it’s your duty on your part of warranty, they said,” firstly you may agree to the pay then I should be solved. Mr. Santosh Kumar Said Please talks to our Works Manager about the Problem. Then I, entered room of Works Manager Mr.Gian Chand Sharma With Service Adviser Santosh Kumar, who at that time was busy on a call, I with his permission seated on the seat in his office. When Works Manager was off with his call then he said “now tell me what your problem is”, I had explained about my problem and then I was shocked Mr. Sharma instead of solving the matter he said ,” Alignment is the part of Paid Service, I refuse to settle your problem if you can’t pay Rs. 250/- For Alignment and 350/- for wheel balancing, and he asked we cannot solve your problem and he said to get gate pass of your vehicle from my workshop. Before I had explained anything to him I without any delay left his room. I was insulted by Works Manager Mr. Sharma. The manager has gone to utmost level of shameful and ridiculous attitude which he is not supposed to be giving to any public person. This was totally shameful on behalf of public servant while on public duty.

When I asked Mr. Santosh that why are you misguide me about the alignment. ? Firstly he said if you do not want to Align the tires, it is your wish…now he said,” alignment is the part of paid service. I Said I will give complaint against you, he instead of hearing me; he threatened me to complaint anywhere any time. Then I register my complaint against both officials on Saluja Ford’s Customer care no. [protected] on 03/09/2012 at 12:30 Noon.

SALUJA FORD STAFF GIVES ME THE MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HARASSMENT. It is serious negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of Saluja Ford officials Works Manager Mr. Sharma and Service Advisor Santosh Kumar. It is my humble request to your good self to please accept this complaint and take necessary action against the concerned Works. So that public at large should not be harassed in future. But honestly said when I face this service pledge of yours today I felt that it was a big sham and decided to waste my 4 hours to bring my vehicle from Nangal Dam at your dealership.
I hereby, through this notice, call upon your good self to you are requested to kindly look in to the matter. Within 10 days, if you have to fail to take a decision, you compensate me to the tune of Rs. 50,000 for your negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on your part within 10 days failing which I shell be constrained to file a complaint against your officials along with your firm SULUJA FORD, MOHALI in The Hon'ble court of Consumer Disputes Redressal forum at your Risk Cost And Responsibility.
