My name is ajay thakur. i have ford-new figo 1.5tdci/hr20 af 0978. i usually prefer to work on my car only from ford service center bcz of my believe and faith on ford. on 06.07.2016, i had visited saluja ford, mohali bcz of my car back bumper got damaged and also some another small work. firstly when i have enter in service center then there was no space for parking and no one was guiding to customers even many of employees were stands over there and busy in their gossips. when i go inside the center then service center manager-mr. ishwar came to me and start shouting to me that, “where are you going” and behave very rudely. i said him that there was nobody to guideline that’s why i came inside.
After this incident i parked my car side and nobody was entertaining me. after long time one guy had come for my help. i talked with him and clear my all points which i want to know and i told him to install one back bumper small panel which was missing in my car. he says that its cost is around rs. 400-500. i said that ok, please get this. then he says that now we will not do this, you have to wait for more 30 to 40 min. we will do it post lunch. then i said to him it will not take more than 2min. i already was waiting from long time but he left. then i come back from there without any work.
This was the very pathetic experience for me. i recently have been transferred from hissar, haryana to mohali. i have visited many ford showroom’s and service centers but this was really a very bad service. this kind of service will surely a black spot for the name of ford.
