scholarship refund

i(Saurabh kumar gupta) beg to say that i am a student of bba-2nd year of gla institute of technology and management,Mathura.sir i had applied for the scholarship in 2009-10 and 2010-11 but i did not get any amount as a scholarship.my all friends have got the scholarship.my family condition ain't good so my father ain't able to pay the fee.
so i request you,please confirm my scholarship for my further study.
i shall be highly obliged to you.

ABOUT GETTING ILLEGAL SCHOLARSHIP
sir,
i kindly want to inform you that some student of my college(galgotia) are getting scholarship by fake document or the document which is made fake. i mean to say that sir some student belong such category whose parents income is more than that shows in the original document and has got scholarship money for 3 years and now they are in 4th year.
so sir i requested that by the rule you should inquire all the documents for scholarship. for example sir KAVITA SINGH from galgotia college BRANCH-EC, B.TECH(4TH YEAR) has got money for last 3 year by the wrong document whose parent's income is more than 2 lacks.
location- galgotias college of engineering and technology GREATER NOIDA.
