Hello,
I purchased a Samsung mobile S-6102 in Sept. 2012 with 1 year warranty. Its Second Sim card slot was not functioning regarding this I went to Samsung service center(Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd., CC/28, Nehru Enclave Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110099) for My Phone repair. There I was informed that Sim card tray was damaged. For this Fault the customer care executive charged Rs. 360 saying that it is the cost of sim tray. I paid the bill and bought my phone but today i saw that the charge of sim tray was only (Rs 22+tax) and they have charged extra in form of labor charge(300+tax extra) during warranty period.But I think there is no service/labor charge during warranty period only the cost of part is taken from the buyer.

Please do need full ASAP

    This is kind your request that i have bought a samsunng smart LED 3D TV (UA46ES8000) From Seven Wonders Electronics Tr.LLC, Dubai on 29th Jan,2013, but within few days after installation done by samsung technical person my TV is not working and i made online complain and the person came to my house and took photo of the bill of the purchaser. After few days he calledup and said your request for the replace of the power socket was rejected due to the serial no of the TV is from Behrin instead of Dubai.

    I made many mail communication with the support samsung india, but they are not ready to solve the problem even after i have submitted the international warranty card also. it has already one month by making mail and waiting for the support.i sent all the details what they wanted but no reply till today

      My Samsung Galaxy Note - purchased on 6the May 2012.
      Since last 3 monthes :

      Reference no. for my complaint at Samsung is [protected]

      17 visits to service center since day 1.

      2 motheerboards changed.
      Screen changed.
      Connector changed.
      Software upgraded 5 times.
      Data cleaned and re-installed.
      Battery changed.


      YET - my problem remains the same!

      Battery drain, overheating, phone auto-switch-off and Kies firmware detected.

      And no one at Samsung is willing to help!
      Mr. Pramod has called twice.
      And he just lies to me right on my face!

      He says piece is ready I have checked - when I go theere - theey say piece will be ready not before 5 pm.

      He lies to me and tells me theat Note gives battery backup of only 10 hours. Your piece is fine use it!
      Even theough I had attached screenshots.
      I am not dumb. My wife, my brotheer-in-law, my 3 friends all have a Note. They are all getting at least 19 to 22 hours.
      I also used to get theat much. Since 3 monthes my phone has developed problems.

      And Samsung is just making me run around. Keeping thee phone in service center. Changing software and giving answers.

      My Note is UNUSABLE!

      I wish for a replacement or even a paid upgrade to some otheer Samsung phone.
      But theey have totally spoilt my current phone.

      Samsung — Company is irresponsible

      Respected Sir/ Madam,

      I have purchased a Samsung Fully automatic washing machine worth 19,000/- , It have damaged under the warranty period, But the Company authorities are not responding even though i have reported the complaint in my dealer shop, Customer Care Center via phone(3 times) and i itself reported the complaint in there SERVICE CENTER. But they haven't shown any responces..Now it has becoming more than 9 months it become dead..

        It is very shame for Samsung like a reputed mobile brand company that in your Customer Care Office did not have correct records about my Windows Mobile. Your Customer Care Engineer cannot track my mobile details from your computer records, where I already given all the details of my mobile. From me, your service engineer wanted to know all the service details with job id numbers. So you can understand that I have to share all the service details which are your records. Ok… no issue… I am always ready to share all those things with you regarding my phone.

        After all these things, I am really puzzled about Samsung mobile and Customer care. From last few days it is my duty to call your 24 hrs customer care office and send mail to Samsung support and you (CEO) also and receive a call from your customer office. I already spend my lot of working time and money also for this mobile service.

        For your information, from the starting:

        Total Mail: 6 Nos.
        Service Center Visit: 6 times in Asansol and 3 times in Chennai
        Money Spend: 3 day salary for leave to reach your service center (Now I am in probation period, no leave)
        Rs. 1478.80 x 3 = 4436.00
        Car fare: Rs. 430 x2 times = Rs. 860.00 x 3 days = Rs. 2580.00
        Call charge for Customer Care: L/S Rs. 100.00
        Total I was spending: (4436 +2580+100) = Rs. 7116.00

        **all the documents (Leave Letter, Car Fare) I will send to you with consumer forum.

        Now I am not interest in this phone, better I will parches one new mobile of others brand. Otherwise I have spent more money and time for this mobile. So, my request you to please pay first these amounts which I already spend for this mobile to contact you and reach your service center and then whatever you take dissection what do you want to do about my phone.

        Samsung — Service with warranty time

        This is “Ravi” from Hyderabad, I bought a Samsung window A/C on 2006, so I have 5 years warranty, A/C stopped working on 10th April 2009, so I logged a complaint on 18th April 2009 through Samsung help line, my complaint number is [protected],

        No service man come for repair or even not visited to my home, so I called to customer care on 20th April 2009 for finding status on my complaint, they said “here we have a feedback from our service center i.e. already visited to customer house. Need to take his A/C to service center.

        This is very very fraud and misguiding the customers.

        Even after I told ever thing to customer care people through phone and even I had emailed also.

        Still now 24th April 2009, they not yet responded.

        And one more thing we can find out from customer care is, when ever you call to Samsung customer care it will delay like anything to connect executive, suppose after connecting to executive immediately it will discounted.

        I think they purposely they manipulating those things.

        For this complaint, I have spent my valuable time and money.

        How to go through consumer court, please help me.

        Samsung Mobile (samsung Star) — very bad services in warranty period

        Hi,
        I bought Samsung star few months back and its still under warranty period. The problem is that its hadsfree is not working, when contacted the service centre of samsung in ghtakopar (MUmbai) they said they dont have in stock. I been calling them from last 2 month and get the same answer that they dont have in stock. I even called up customer services of samsung then the guy said that technical people are busy and they will call me with in 2 hour, but today even after 2 days I did not received any call from them.
        The hadsfree needs to be replaced by new handsfree.
        Now please let me know what to do?

        Samsung Mobile — Warranty

        Dear Sir,

        i have purchase Samsung model S3310 on 4th January 2010

        Today i went to Samsung Service Center at jawahar char rasta, Maninagar, Ahmedabad.

        The persons of the company respond me that this key pad change will not come into Warantee

        Before 1 month i went over there for the Speaker and battery of the same phone the same reply i got from them.

        So, I and other user of the Samsung phone of my friends want to get clear from the company that what is your policy

        What are the things come and not comes you must have to clearly state on the sale of their phones at all the shops

        Very bad services provided by the people they embarrass all the customers.

        Kindly take immediate actions towards this company

        Otherwise i will file the case into Policestation

        Samsung — Poor Service provided in warranty period

        I bought a Samsung Microwave oven in first week of July'10. In a month only it had some problem. I called customer care and they sent a person to diagnose. He diagnosed and said it need some part to be rplaced and he is going to come in 2 days. He never turned up. I waited for a week and called customer care again. They said they will send the engineer after two days. The day when engineer was supposed to come I called the customer care 5 times and every time they said that someone will contact you in two hours. That day was weekday and I took leave for that. The problem has not yet been rectified.

        If they don't provide the services in warranty period, what is warranty for? Kindly, help me.
        dear sir,
        i have purchased a samsung mobile no S3310 in the month of feb.2010.after some period i got some problem of network.I show the problem to samsung service centre (nasik).it take 15 days to repair the cell phone.but after a week i got some other problem of voice.i gone to the service centre (laxmi nagar, vikas marg, near state bank of hydrabad), they checked the cell phone and told its not in warranty.its repaired by some other place.i am really scared of buying a samsung mobile phones now.your service provoiders are missguiding people.they are ok with the people who fight with them.my cell phone is under warranty and i am not getting it repaired by your service centre.what is the solution.

          I have sent the fridge to tirupur service centre, more than 10 days no proper reply, customer care is always wait, live chat is not proper working, service centre ph.number is not correct at samsung website. kindly all are update, my fridge have compressor problem, current comsumption is too high more 5 units per day. kindly take necessary action regarding quick delivery.

          Samsung India — service issue

          A complaint for a faulty refrigerator was reported on the 20th March . complaint no [protected]

          the same was repaired on the 5th march but the problem is still there.

          please look into the matter i am completely fed up.

I have suggest to all to not purchase any product of samsung due to very poor service from the compeny side.
          I have logged a request at Samsung Customer care No-[protected] dated 27/032010 since then I am regularly following the complaint but nobody turned up to me..
          Every time I call I received a message that your complaint will be attended in 24 hrs. but not more than a false commitment.

          I have made a mistake that I am using Samsung product in future I will take care..

          Samsung India — Problem in Refrigerator

          We have purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator 7-8 years back. Since last year the lower part of Refrigerator stops functioning. We had called Engineer from Samsung Service Center, Ichalkaranji and they did sent the Engineer. Thrice in this year he came and replaced some Timer for which we were charged around Rs.900/- every time. This is ridiculous, I mean, same part going off again and again for what reason he also dont know. This is the 4th time we are calling today. If temporary solutions are to be provided for a renowned company like yours, WHY WE HAVE TO CALL ENGINEERS FROM YOU COMPANY? and whats the promise of service we get from you....

          Please look into matter seriously before we take any step for consumer court.

          Samsung India — Service Problem

          Complaint for not Installing the New LCD TV
          I have bought a Samsung 40" LCD TV on 27/06/2011 from Croma, Faridabad,India .While Croma comitted me to get it installed within 48 Hrs. and when It was not done within this period, I called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the TV and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
          I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation, I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

          Please help me!

              my samsung galaxy r got switched off suddenly. an dnot able to on .given to cervice center for repairing they said its mother board complaint .and i spend 7000 for new mother board .it got same problem again after repairing the mobile on next day.i replaced the mobile again to cervice center again...
              and now they says that the want change motherboard again .................................i am having the doubt that weather the are repairing mobile in the approved cervise center or some other local cervice senter

                Hi,

                I purchased the Samsung LED TV less than 18 months back and there is a horizontal band on the top covering about 25% of the screen. When I raised the complaint at the service centre, the engineer says it will cost 25000 to repair the TV !!!

                Cant believe such a pathetic product was sold to me and that this issue has been occurring since 15 months of the purchase.

                Please help me sort out the matter

                  Shah's Delivery and Customer Service not satisfactory
                  I bought a refrigerator and an microwave oven last sunday (March 3rd 2013)
                  1. Both were supposed to be delivered the very next day, but they were late on their delivery
                  2. The refrigerator was mis-handled by the delivery person. It was not carried vertically as instructed in the box cover.
                  3. Misguided us with improper instructions while installing the refrigerator.
                  4. Microwave oven is yet to be installed and instructed, been 5 days now.
                  5. When questioned about all these to the manager and salesperson they try to convince me saying this is the usual procedure they follow and they cant follow all the instructions provided to them from samsung with respect to delivery methods and installation procedure.

                  Totally upset with Shah's (Tnagar, Chennai) approach in handling this issue.

                    If the wrong PIN is typed in more than three times, either the SIM card, the device or both become locked. They can be returned to their original unlocked state by entering a PUK, provided by the service operator after verification

                      I am Afsal muhammed mailing on behalf of
                      a Samsung authorized service centre Allapuzha. We are using BSNL Broad
                      band services for the last one year*. We are using static ip address for
                      our internet connection as it mandatory for us for using our company
                      website. The change in IP affects our works and kindly notify that ours is
                      customer service department. For the last few months even though we are
                      paying for 4 Mbps broad band connection we are only getting a max of 64
                      kbps browsing speed and download speed is critically below 50 kbps. We
                      are continuously compliting these issues to allappuzha customer service
                      department but we are not getting any proper response or solution for
                      our compliant. Now a days our IP address also get changing and
                      it severely affects our works.We are now forced to look for some other
                      options for internet connection even though we are likely to continue with
                      BSNL. We are very sorry to tell you that we have to disclose the issues
                      with BSNL to each and every customers who visit our service centre as we
                      are unable rectify their issues only due to this internet issues related
                      with BSNL.*



                      SO I demand an explanation for

                      1)the reason for which such a delay is taken for service.

                      2) why the calls that i made to the concerned department was not properly
                      answered

                      4)why they are not able to resolve the issue

                            I had initially purchased samsung galaxy S III on 20-Feb-13. However, soon after its use of 2 days i got to know that the phone was getting heated abnormally n hence practically it was dead to be used. I had taken it to samsung service station and thereby they found piece as defective n hence issued me an order for replacement. I got a new phone on 01-Mar-13, however, found that the phone was getting automatically restarted.. i again took it to samsung service center & they declared the product is again defective..

                            Samsung service station is telling to contact dealer for any further processing. Samsung dealer is not responding to process refund. I have written mail to samsung CEO's office however in reply i was told they will contact me shortly. I cant be contacted over phone as my phone is not working. I had also booked a complaint on call center still there is no response.

                            Is there anyway i can get refund from the company ? Now due to Revision in excise rates all the phones have became costlier.. so i will have to end up paying more price for buying a new handset. Is there anyways Samsung can compensate me for the same.

                            Looking forward for a prompt response and actions...

                              I purchased samsung laptop on 2nd june 2013. Since today I had to send my laptop 3 times to tere store to repair.Issues are below -:

                              When I purchased, I was given in written that I will recevie onsite warranty but later on first complaint they said that they will pick and drop laptop at home but will not repair the laptop at home. In first 2 complaints they formatted the harddrvie and I lost all my c drive data

                              On 21st Feb 2013 , My laptop could not boot, it was simply not passing the windows logo screen, so I called samsung and they pick the laptop on 25th after several request. The person who picked the laptop said that he will reach office in next 30 minutes and call to confirm the issues. He did'nt call on same day so we call there service centre next day for update and they said that the person has directly gone to home so my laptop hasn't reached to samsung service centre yet (which is no doubt highly unprofessional). Then they said that the hardrive needs to be changed. When I asked they for the data they said that they will send the laptop unrepaired to my home and I will have go get my data recovered at my own cost. MY question is - " why should I bear the cost of data recovery from faulty harddrive which is under warranty." They intially simply deny but later said they will try. After a day they called and said hey could not recover the data. I asked them to reimburse me the cost and I will get it recover but they also deny for that and when I said that I won't accept the system without that then they said its OK.

                              Now I am simply asking them to replace my laptop as it has been gone to service centre 3 times within first 7-8 months of warranty and I can't trut that once its warrnaty get over it will work without any issues. They said that they can't do it and they will only repair the laptop and send it back. Now my laptop has crashed harddrive, pixel borken LCD, touchpad not working properly, keypad keys stuck sometimes. Earlier it was sent for slow working, LAN not working, battery backup issue, system hang sometimes.

                              They said that they can increase the warranty time period but I am saying that since this peice is faulty and need repair every second month then please replace it and give me the crashed harddrive. I will recover the data at my own cost and send you back.

                              I was dealing with Shashank from Nodia office who was intially sounded helping but later starting getting rude.

                              I called them at least 15 times between 1st march to 2nd march for a single callback.

                              i have got my samsung mobile repaired {samsung care centre } for more 7 times but it is still not working properly and only 4 months have passed from the purchasing date. they r refusing to change the set to another and even they are not ready to refund so please guide me what to do next................

                                Hi,

                                I have brought the Samsung Galaxy Ace Handset in month of March 2012.It was working fine till November 2012.After that I was constantly facing issue of losing the Network.In December 2012 I have replaced my SIM but I was still facing the same problem.Then I have taken it to Samsung Service Center,they kept it for more than 3 weeks and changed mother board but of no use.After that I have changed SIM 3 times but of no use.Importantly all the SIM was working fine in other Handset.

                                I gave my samsung galaxy ace for service its been 2 weeks now. every time they tells different problems , out of stock issues . fed up with that. i made a great mistake by buying samsung mobile

I bought this brand new Samsung Galaxy Grand on 7th Feb.2013 and within a week I started facing unlimited number of problems with the handset. Before this I was using Nokia,I have been a Nokia user for more than 15 years but as Samsung has come into the market and making so many commitments in terms of technology,I made up my mind to shift to Samsung from Nokia and bought their new launch Galaxy Grand.
                                  Within a week I started facing problem of Low Battery backup,phone disconnection on its own,problem of screen rotation,some keys not working and last but definately not the least it gets hang almost all the time.

                                  I went to their service center,Ajronda Mod,Faridabad,from them I got to know Grand is actually creating problems and they have replaced 7-8 handsets till datet but unfortunately they cant change my because I started facing problem at the 8th day.

                                  Now they will format and even after that my problem wont be rectified they might change its motherboard and dnt know what else.
                                  I want my money back because Samsung is not delivering of they have promised and I cant be sure whether my problem would be rectified permanently or not.

                                    Pls help me I have purchase samsung led tv from e bay.com on 5 th nov 12, after one and half months tv gets automativ on of and i called seller mobile no on [protected] but its out of service then i called is landline no[protected],[protected], but this no is not pick any one. then i called e bay customer care from him side pls mail to seller [protected]@gmail.com mark with e baay cc id [protected]@ebay.com then i send mail. i have waited one week then i called again e bay cc then they replied mail to [protected]@ebay in after i have send mail to this id and after 2 days e bay cc replied as per e bay policy we accept complain within a 30 days so pls contact with seller.

                                    Dear Sir let me know who is seller i dont no i just log in e bay.com and purchase led rs 23 990, they send from seller means ebay and seller is type thats not my look out so pls i wouldlike humble request u to pls relace this led from ebay or seller. i am frusted from one month pls help me sir.i am a private employee i am not able to loss this amount.i hope give me the possitive report.

                                      i purchase a window air conditioner on[protected] . but i soory to say your product give me very disappointment in service as well as start problem. i face very difficulty with your product since last year. but now it`s crossing limit . on yesterday 01/03/2013 i feel some hot when i start the product it`s smoking and after some time it`s sparking loudly ... my sterilizer also got burn.. i put it off and remove all things like wire and other . i also logged complaint regarding this my complaint number is [protected]. is it your service nobody call me. it was luckily that i am in home . air condition is install in my mother room and she is not well . i have to said that your company made very bad product . if something will wrong so who is responsible for all things. you people made very pathetic product to customer i can`t take risk to have your product . take your product and i want my money back .i also complaint to high authorities to tack action against it.

                                        I purchased a microwave on 07 April 2009 and its Pcb was not working.I lodged a complaint in service center and company said we don't manufacture this model pcb any more
                                        And sent a cheque of rs. 3594
                                        And the person refused to give me the cheque by saying that he want a service charge of rs 220
                                        And I feel that the amount of cheque is insufficient
