[Resolved]  Samsung Led Monitor — display problem

I am Mr. RAVI KUMAR MS, i am complaining regarding my SAMSUNG TV (EASY VIEW) which i purchased 5 days back from one of your dealer NAKODA at VIJAYANAGAR BANGALORE.

Problem is - some problem in display

I am trying to contact your customer care from few days but no response, i hope you will consider this is very urgent and rectify at the earliest

sir I hd given complaint of LED monitor on12th July 2012. complaint no is [protected].after a week samsung engg.came to see monitor after that no response. this is my 2nd BAD experince about samsung monitor.WORST SERVICE.

TODAY JUST APPLY COLIN LIQUID AND CLEAN WITH POLISH CLOTH AFTER THAT THE SCREEN RED SCRACH FARMED AT THE LEFT BOTTOM THE SCREEN {START BUTTON] IN THE DESK TOP.PLEASE SOLVE PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.THE ITEM PURCHASED ON 6TH DECEMBER 2011 ,WARRANTY IS ALSO TWO YEARS ,EARLY ACTION IS AWAITED.
