samsung SGH L700 — theft a mobile

My mobile samsung sgh L700 bought on 10/1/10 from Mobile store from kasganj UP ,which has stolen from rohani Naharpur village, New Delhi. The imei number is [protected] , Bat: AA1SB09BS 14-B Samsung doesnot block or trace stolen mobiles which pose as grave security risks. Kindly do something to block my handset as it is liable to be misused by the miscreants.
