REFUND NOT RECEIVED
AN RD ACCOUNT DUE ON 25-06-2001 FOR RS 7525/- PLUS INTEREST STILL NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE FROM SANCHAYANI SAVING & INVESTMENT (INDIA ) LTD. I WROTE TO RBI BUT THEY DIRECTED ME TO M/S N C BANEERJEE & CO, COMMERCE HOUSE, KOLKATA 700013, AS THEY ARE APPOINTED AS SPECIAL OFFICER TO TAKE NECCESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE DEPOSIT REFUND. I ALSO WROTE THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND ALL SEND THEM THE ORIGINAL ACKNOLEDGMENT BUT STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN

I have Invested in Sanchayani for 3 Years, My agent told us u will received back the money. Now agent also disappear. what to do now. My investment amount is 24000/- where should i submitt my document for claim,

Hi... My mother has invested Rs.15, 000. She has posted even the documents as the agent told us that we would get refund. agent and few others have received the amount but my mother has not. Total amount to be recieved is Rs.19200. Do we really have to keep a hope or not? We have been kind enough to everyone in asking the refund but we are no more patient. Do the needful at the earliest and do understand the difficulties of many others who have posted complaints. Please contact to the email address with information.
