I also Would like to Inform all the people of the world, Please don't Buy Product from Sands infosystems Pvt Ltd. It is not advisable to buy Product form them.

Its a Fraud company, who does not belive in Customer satisfaction, but make cheat with customers

well I have very good experience with copany..because of there way work...and i dont think this copany may do any kind of false commitment..althought i have got the gift as 36 " LCD tv with my purchase...


I have done a shopping of Rs.11500 and have got the products of around 72k...so iam disagree with the comment that this company can do any false commitment..i cant forget their services..

I will be taking my complain back based on discusstion with manager of SandInfosystems Pvt Ltd and agreed by them to refund of my money before coming monday i, e 21st March 2011.

Faced problem with several companies but right know getting a pleasure feedback from sands infosystem pvt. ltd. as they told me and commitied me i have got that and also won a sony home theater worth Rs.64, 000. Great

I have purchased a coffeemaker and induction cooker from Sands infosystems at the amount of Rs. 7500/= with a free gift shell pearl set (as they informed me earlier that there was a gift above Rs. 30000/= with every purchase). When I paid the amount no confirmation call/email/SMS was received. After a few days I received my products with no bills, and I shocked to see that there was a coffeemaker o[censored]nknown company and the pearl set (cost Rs. 32675/= as per sands info) having defective pearls. So I complaint the products to them, but they have not responded me even after 4-5 complaints (every time they said call back later, but…). I think they do not belive in Customer satisfaction. Still i am chasing them for getting reply from their side.
I suggested to my friends please don't buy products from sands infosystems.

I have purchased a coffeemaker and fossil watch from Sands infosystems at the amount of Rs. 8000/= with a free gift of there company shares worth of Rs100000 as lucky winner. When I paid the amount no confirmation call/email/SMS was received. After a few days I received my products with no bills, and I shocked to see that there was a coffeemaker o[censored]nknown company and the watch is duplicated it is not w=even worth of Rs500 . So I complaint the products to them, but they have not responded me even after 15 complaints (every time they said call back later, but…). I think they do not belive in Customer satisfaction. Still i am chasing them for getting reply from their side. At last i came know this company belong Mr amit bajaj. when called him he said he is busy person this job is not mine. he said that under him there 1000 people work for this company.he saying if you wish i give your money. saying forget past.i can not do any thing more that in very worst manner. if the owner of company is like this how can we expect form they employs . so dear friend do not buy good from this company . they are cheater in india. the government should close this company .
I suggested to my friends please don't buy products from sands infosystems.

I have already Cheated from Sands Infosystems-PA of Rs.12, 500/- which was paid by me through my SBI Credit Card for Products and Confirmed Prize but all these things are really fraud and vogus, like cheat fund, so don't make any transaction with SANDS INFOSYSTEMS-PA. Pulak

Sands info system pvt ltd is a fraud company. Never believe in them. I also got a call from a person named Rahul Sharma who told me that my name is chosen for free gift and prize of Rs. 110000/- The they asked me to pay Rs. 30, 500/- to release the gift. They also promised me several things which were fake. If they are giving lacs rupees to me why are they asking for 30, 500/- I did not do any transaction with them. I also suggest people to beware of such companies.

Sands Info Systems (Sands Shopping Hub) is a fraud company. Never believe in them. They are doing such tactics just to push their products. There is neither any competition running nor any gifts are being provided. All they claim are untrue. Customers will come to know about this only after paying huge money to them and after waiting for more than 6 months and not getting any gift or prize. Customer should take necessary steps to curb these menaces.

sands infosystem- Noida, their MD, GM SOMEHOW through BAG-IT- TODAY(TIMES INDIA GROUP)GOT information about my credit card and on the 23rd Feb'2012 and FRAUDULENTLY, like CRIMINALS have withdrawn 30, 000 rupees from my account. Dear friends, never trust this company's representatives. They are all big liars. They have not yet responded to my following complaints.

1. Upon my several requests, they had promised me that they will provide me copies of the invoices for all the products which I have purchased. But, I never received any invoice by post or email.

2. They claimed that I have won a prize amount of Rs.30, 000/- and congratulated me for the same. They collected all my details like Full Name, Date of Birth, Address, PAN, Bank Account Details, Nominee Name, Nominee Date of Birth etc. But I never received any such prize and when I contacted them over phone, I was told that my name is selected for a much bigger contest where my prize amount will be much higher and that would probably be the reason for not getting my present prize. They even insisted me to make another purchase so that I would get more benefits. But I refused for the same and requested them to take back their products and refund the amount paid for the same. But they did not respond.

3. When I contacted them over phone and demanded for the refund, they rejected my plea saying that I have made the purchases upon my own willingness for the products and there is no question of taking back of any product. They also threatened me by saying that they are having the recordings of all the telephone conversations held with me by the company representatives and their company has its own team of auditors and lawyers who will handle my case on behalf of the company if any legal dispute arises from my end.

4. Even after writing my first complaint, I contacted them over phone and they had assured me that my issues will be resolved only after taking back my complaint as it would affect their ratings otherwise. Hence, I even took back my complaint. But, they never reverted me regarding my issue. They even did not respond to my emails and are not at all bothered about my issues. Therefore, I have made my complaint again and I will challenge them that I will not leave the matter here.

I also got a call from a person named VINIT AND DILEEP MOLOHTRA who told me that my name is chosen for free gift AS HCL LAPTOP or assure prize of Rs.260000/- The they asked me to pay Rs. 6999/- to release the gift. They also promised me several things which were fake. If they are giving NACLESS of rupees 26000 to me why are they asking for 35, 000/- but I did not agree with them i am doing a transaction of Rs 7000 through cash diposit they promises to give at least 21000 product within 22 workig days . i am diposit cash ther company icici a/c in 1st oct 20012 . but all working days are gone .in present they are not lifted my phone calls or not given any responce. only 10 nov 2012 they call me for few secend and told me your product despatched. but till date i am not gatting any product from them.. I also suggest people to beware of such companies.

I think if you all aggree One FIR should be launch & File the matter in cunsume forum against such activities.
