[Resolved]  Sansui 32" LCD — problem with complaint handling : poor cust service

the mentioned mail is in respone to a sansui lcd tv mod no: sgl 32hbm, purchased on:

date: 20th october 2010.
retail outlet: reliance hypermart ltd:faridabad
bill no:80934988

i am new to the company, i stictly regret trusting the company as customer handling is very poor from your front as i complaint on 24.10.2010 with customer complain no. [protected]
with a reminder on 27.10.2010 but to no benifit my set is not operational and i am not being attended to by reliance as well as sansui.
you are requested to take immediate action regarding my complaint as well as the following officials who are harrasing me in this regard.
reliance mart-Mr. Devinder, Mr Naveen, Mr Pankaj
technician- Mr. nirmal Singh ( the following officials are from reliance faridabad and are doging between each other without owning responsibility)
sansui fbd service centre ( no single demo arranged for the product)

the above mentioned must be taken up very seriously as i intend to persue legal actions in this regard.

Sansui LCD — SANSUI Technical person not knowing the job.

Hi,
I had bought sansui lcd 1 yr back suddendly after 1 yr the backlight of the screen started flashing and the the voice use to go off after a few seconds so I raised a complaint at your service center and I was allocatted a complaint no: 7A[protected] after 2 days of chasing the one technical person Mr.Nandkumar visited my premises and checked the tv after one hour he told me that my Buffer PCB has to be replaced so will come back after 2 days. When he didn't come in after the 2nd day also by saying that the parts was not available in the company I called a outside technician and to my utter surprise he told me that my power supply of the tv has problem and I asked him to replace it and now it is working fine. The question I have is if your technical person cannot understand the actual problem then what is to be done. Please look into it and see to it that your technical person is trained fully so that he cannot misguide people.

Sansui LCD — Very poor responce

This is very shameless, that a reputed brand like Sansui has a very poor responce, they should understand the meaning of customer care??
First thing do not buy these scrap (LCD TV) from SANSUI. They are selling these scrap for money. This is my own experience with SANSUI and Reliance hypermart, Bangalore. No service, no custome care at all. I never buy SANSUI products in my life. I am also suggesting my friends to stay away from SANSUI products.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY SANSUI LCD TV. IF YOU BUY, SURELY YOU WILL SUFFER. THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE.

Sansui LCD — Purchase a Sansui LCD in 2011 feb and found its manufacture Year is 2009

We have Purchased a Sansui LCD in 2011 feb and found its manufacture Yesr is 2009. Request you please look into this and take prompt action.

I think they have very limited person who knows the repair perfectly or they replace a high cost assembly which does not require repair.

Sansui LCD — fraud in giving free lcd

dear sir,
I had recieved a sms about wining sansui lcd free on my reliance number,i was asked to submit my id proof through fax and then asked to submit Rs1900 before delivery as transportation tax,warranty tax and so on.They had cheated me.The person name is avinash and his number is [protected]

Sansui LCD — Poor Service

I bought a new TV last year which is under warranty , We have tried contacting sansui people several times , but unfortunately these people are not taking it seriously , Its been more than 3 weeks they are not taking this in to consideration , What can be done at this point of time , it is a clear case of harassment.

Sansui LCD — WORST SERVICE please wake up

Hi Team,

This is your kind notice still my LCD problem not resolved even after rectification now LCD going MUTE mode without any command. Please see the video in attachment for your kind information.

I was called to your cal center they given me Complaint no. is KAR[protected] but all in vain. I was received only calls from your represntive but no one bother to visit at customer place or replace the defective peace.

Now you need to change my LCD because I will not want to repair this anymore.

I hope you will response me with TAT.
