sorry for selecting it for 2000rs difference from other brands. in 4monnths, technitian said board complaint, so it will cost 3500rs,so i dont want to harm u, u just pay 850 and change tuner. now in that nonsense material grains occur in LCD32INCHES, CALL cente complaind shirajudin banglore recomended for exchange.. but finally i paid certain amount from my pocket 850rs, they said the common dialogue "over voltage" problem. but in the same line Kalaignar karunanidhi FREE TV, functions well. my other ONIDA working well for 20plus years. now after paying all these amount for 32inches LCD , Iam viewing in FREE TV instead of grains. these cheating inferior product company should be BANNED. Sansui LCD — Repair
I have booked a complain vide no.GHA[protected] from phone[protected] about 3 weeks back for repair of my LCD sansui make. But till now nobody approached me for repair my LCD. I have seen no of complain against this company and don't know they will be able to rectify the defect of this LCD. Sansui LCD TV — complaint given in month in july not yet responded
Switches on the lcd tv is not working.when a complaint was given earlier(viz[protected])the sansui people had come and had taken out the hardware from the tv on 17.7.2011 and was promised to be returned within a week time,but with regret this is to inform that the damaged hardware taken out has not yet been replaced. Inspite of repeated request at reliance digital vizag no fruitful result has come. The complaint redreasal system at vizag centre is very poor and needs lots of improvement.Kindly help us to get the problem redressed at the earliest.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL PLEASE

I bought Sansui LCD TV 32 inches, display is not proper since 15 days, after logging complaint, service centre says panel not available, it has to come from Aurangabad, Is this a service they are giving to customers. Since this is under warranty they are playing like this, it seems.

I have been purchased a TV model LCDTVS3251XH-M S.No.[protected] on 28.08.2011 from your authorized dealer M/s. Juneja Electronics, Dewas (M.P.) from the beginning the said TV was creating manufacturing / technical problems i.e. Colour Drop, Poor Picture Quality, I am complaint the same and your Authorised Dealer will sent Engineer for solve the problem but till date I an not satisfied from your services.
That time I am launch my complaint to your Customer Care and that time your Engineer told me about manufacturing problem in TV, so I am refused for repairing.
All the things come under the purview of deficiency in product & services. Please look into the matter immediately other wise I shall initiate the proceeding against you in the proper forum.
