[Resolved]  Santro — not giving satisfactory services

Dear Sir,

I have sent this to mail to you and did not get any reply so far. I have serviced my
car No.DL 3C Q5643 from your service centre during May end.
I have paid Rs. 5,500/- as service charges for that. Kindly note that before
handing over the car to your service station, I don’t have any problem with
the car. You can check this with your executive I have recorded this when I was handing over the car to the service station. After the service I
received the car on the same day in the evening but with the following problems.

1) Gives poor Average after this service
2) RPM problem (Pollution centre refused to give Pollution Certificate)
3) Missing problem

It is shame on the part of the company that authorized pollution centre refuse
to give the pollution certificate after servicing from your centre because settings are not proper.
In this connection I also visited your centre on 13th June. Your Executive
attended my case and did not said anything instead he saw from him computer
what I have not done in the servicing and then he told me that some parts are
to be cleaned, for this he is asking for Rs.650/- + taxes etc. If that is the
reason why you have not suggested while I am handing over the car for
servicing. When he checked my car on 13th June he should have told me
immediately that this is the defect. Instead he saw from him computer what I
have not done and have suggested something else. It seems that I have come
there and he has to say something else. I was there for about two hours and
every executive doing the same thing and be-fooling customers.
Please note that these problems were not there when I hand over the car to you
and it all happened after the service.

I therefore request you to rectify the defects immediately.

Santro — Service charge

I went for third free service for my car. They changed the engine oil. They charged me Rs350 towards labor charge to do this work. If it will be charged, then why it is called free service.

I am not happy with Santro car service

Santro — non attending of complaint by authorised hyundai service centre

there is a complaint of timing defects which is under warranty of company. but the dealer showed his inability to attend the compalint as they does not have proper infrastructures like spare parts and proper system to attend the complaint.
