[Resolved] santro car — new problem appear after servicing | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I am Krishan Kumar sharma, My Mob. No. [protected]. I visited A1 Motors, Plot No. 10/B, Delhi Mathura Road, Sector 5, Faridabad-121004. Ph.[protected] for my Hyundai Santro Car Servicing on dated: 1-8-13. It was paid Service. in that Service some work done regarding to general Service. like Oil Filter, Engine Oil change & Washing. Same day they deliver my car at eveing approx 6:00 pm Next day at 8:00 Am I found that parking lights are blinking automaticly without parking switch on. I immidetly complaint to Hyundai Custromercare and A1 Motors for that. After 2 hours a service engg. came to my house & check that & told me that it had some problem regarding to wiring. He suggest me to drop car at A1 Motors again. I agree with him. & went to A1 Motors. I left the car for troubleshoot at A1 Motors. and they told me that They will inform me when my car will ready. After 2 days (3rd day) they inform me that they use the battery for charging for 2 full days but it is not taking charge, it is dead. I told that the battery can Discharge by blinking parking lights but it can't dead. I told them my battery was in working condition it is dead after over charging ( More than 2 days). I told them to give me a battery in working condition. but they are not giving me any answer for that. they are telling me that you have to buy a new battery we will not replace it. This battery is dead due to over charging by A1 Motors. Battery was working due to service, They start car several times, if battery was dead before servicing then how they start my car when servicing. They are now telling me lie. I had complaint regarding this at customer care Hyundai Motors. and Ref. No. is[protected] Car No. RJ201C3161 Please help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |

santro car — improper servicing
i purchased my car from sas dealer, at lucknow in2007, since then it is regularly serviced at same centre. This time at mileage of 40000km, they did not inspect spark plugs, clutch wire, etc the car stopped on second day. I took it to near by workshop were plugs were cleaned & space was adjusted. Again on third day the clutch wire was broken on high way.any how i managed to reach sas workshop, wire was changed. I asked them if you could have done the job, according to service manuals, these problems could be avoided for coustmers.what actions are to be taken against sas workshop, Arun james, dinesh and supervisor for this negligence. do inform me.
