[Resolved]  Santro xing — Bad Service By Hyundai motors

Dear Hyundai

After so many reminders given to you but no +ve response from your side. Some of Members are Related to Hyundai staff i.e NIMBUS MOTORS, NOIDA Sec-5 is showing how we are giving the best services to the customer example are as below trailing mail.

Earlier Ref No was[protected] which was closed without any confirmation or resolution. it is simply shows that how the customer would be satisfied.?????


Again i have call to Cust. care and executive given me a new Ref no is[protected].

I am fedup from your services ...kindly help me out from this issue asap and don't resolve above ref no. without my confirmation waiting for your +ve reply.

Sir,

I want to bring your kind notice that I am recently purchased new Santro GL model on Date 30 - Jan - 09 (Reg No. UP14-AU-5992) with the name of Ms Teena Singh from your authorized Dealer Ms Nimbus Motors located in Noida U.P. But unfortunately in last week the Front wind shield of my car has got broken automatically with out accident and other damages to the body part of car.

When I have informed to the Manager of Ms Nimbus Motors regarding this incidence he takes it very lightly and suggest me to replace the wind shield of car in insurance claim but I want to ask one thing that How it is possible that within so much short time period wind sheild has got broken automatically? and further apart from this they are not agree to take any action to replace the Glass with new one.

So I request you to kindly look in to this matter and resolve my issue ASAP.
