[Resolved]  Sapna online book shop — Part order cancelled but refund not received

Sir,

I have made an online purchase of 2 books from Sapna online.com using my Axis bank debit card payment was made. Of the two books one book was not available and Sapna cancelled that order and says that they have reffunded the amount of Rs 293/- to my axis bank account. But till today I have not received the amount in my axis bank. KIndly confirm when this was passed on to Axis bank.
