Dear Sir / Madam, Subject: Redemption for SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA BOND The First Applicant Mrs. Rekhaben J. Vora holder of one bond of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited, for Rs. 3600 & her application serial no. is G1948027. This Bond was purchased on 10 Nov 1993. The application was submitted in State Bank of Saurashtra, Branch- Palitana, Gujarat . Would like to inform you that till date, they have not received the physical copy of bond. So I Shradha Shah on behalf of Mrs. Rekha J .Vora request you to guide me so as to how to get the physical copy Or else how can I apply for redemption. My niece Sh.Vinay Sahrma sent the original Bond alongwith Remption Form duly filled in and other requisite documents for redemption but to
dismay we received letter No. MCS/DDB/TRANSMISSION DDB/446217/2013 DT.18.03.2013 WHEREIN we have been advised to completed deceased formalities for claim.On seeing this, ou family got the shock what the MCS Ltd staff acting rediculously.Should we brought this to the notice of media and complaint Authority.

I have purchased two bonds @ 3600/- folio no:410418 currently some body tells the bonds was closed and i have not recieved any letter from company.i am very shocked to know that. As per the instructions of M/s SSNNL, Gandhinagar office, I have all ready sent the Original bond along with PAN card copy, canceled cheque and FORM - 15 G in duplicate to M/s MCC Ltd., AHMEDABAD though BAJAJ CAPITAL on 01/05/2013 for redemption. please let me know the latest updates .

However, we did not reced redemption notice . Just now I saw redemption notice on the their web side. we want to surrender this bond on due date. What is the process of surrender the bond ? How, much amount I will get.
