I had taken subsciption from Mr. Jatinder in the co. regarding the tender related to my field on email.In starting days i got none problem but after few days/weeks i got probelm in getting tenders from them & i called them up in office then i talk to Mr. karan & he assure me to get the tender in time but then also i got not proper service from them & now i missed my valauble tenders & aacording to our verbal talk with mr. jatinder at the time of subsciption if any tender miises out from their part they will refund my money paid.but now he is not respsoding to my calls & he said me to go to consumer court for my rights.
Now pls help me to take my money back witht he damages i incur due to their poor service
