[Resolved]  Satvik Shop — Product not received

I had placed order with Satvik Shop in 2nd week of December for Badam Pak. Order No. is Order:[protected]. Till date I have'nt received the product. I received a mail mentioning the courier tracking Details on 2nd Jan & it mentioned that Delivery date as 5th Jan. Today is 5th Feb & i have still not received the product.

I have been following up since then with Satvik Shop & with DTDC but no satisfactory response. Pls. look in to this immediately
