Same this happened with me. They have my more than 6lac rupees and they are just giving false promises... Nothing is happening... Its time to get together now.

I have already launched their complaint at "http://www.indianconsumers.org/User_LoginPage.asp".. This is government website... Would encourage you all to do the same.. You need to create your id, very easy process.. As its government website so its free...

I had a check of November and it bounced. And belive they have been giving me excuses every week. This is so frustrating. My email id is ritesh.c.[protected]@gmail.com. To be honest launching a complain on the website will not do. I have some friends also who are thinking of going their collectively to launch some sort of action. An insider told me that those who got money from them had to use some other means otherwise they will just keep giving excuses. Honestly, loging a complaint on the website all telling them anything on the phone will have no impact. We all have to collectively do something before this fraud runs away.

I agree but launching will not atleast harm anything. I am out of India so not able to go their office.. But trying all options to get my money back from here...

I have also booked a plot in the project of Sawhney Builders supposed to launch at NH-58 Delhi-Meerut GT road in Ghaziabad. I have taken Personal Loan from bank and paying interest for last 3 years. When I come to know that Sawhney Builders not having sufficient land and clearance from Govt., I had applied for refund in Jan-2008 and got cheques in March-2008, supposed to be released by Oct-2008. But they got bounced. Then the commitments have started from 2 days to 7 days to pay the whole money through DD. Still following-up and awaiting to get back my money and settle the loan.
I want all those who suffered because of this fraud, come together and complain before they disappear without paying back our money. Lets decide timing and place to get united and take serious action to get our hard earned money back. If you all agree to unite do express at my Email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in . Please provide your contact Nos also. I will arrange our joint meeting on comming Sunday and finalize course of action at the earlist.

My problem is same. They gave me 2 cheques both bounced. Every time they assured me to wait for one week or so. But all in vain.
I have also applied for the refund for the booking ammount ( nearly 4.25 lacs) . it is more than 4 months now, no one revert back to me so far.. any one received his money back, please let me know the procedure to get the money back...
I was also been given cheques as refund.Cheques were given in NOV.08 post dated 12-05-09.Since then I have presented the cheques thrice but they were returned unpaid, the reason being--INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.iI have made several requests through mail and phones but still waiting for the day when they make my payment.I request u all to get together and let us file a complaint with the concerned higher authorities collectively, instead of pursuing invidually agianst these kinds of fraudulent people.
