i booked two flats from sawhney builders in 2006. in july 2008 i requested the refund of money as there is no development of site by the builders. last year they give me post dated check of october 2008. but all the checks bounce. after that i am calling regularly from overseas , but they never returned my money ..i want to know if anyone has taken any legal action against them or they have got nay refund from them...
