SBI — Malfunctioning of the ATM

Dear Sir,
I, Sudarshan Kajaria holding SBI A/c No. [protected] had gone to withdraw cash from the SBI Atm located opposite Food Court, in Manipal- Karnataka on 24th May 09 between 9:30pm and 11:30pm. Since the Atm was out of order that time, I decided to withdraw the cash from the ICICI Atm located right next to it. I entered my pin and the amount reading Rs. 20, 000/-. The ATM asked if I wanted a printed transaction of it or not, and to that when I pressed the Yes button, it took sometime and went to its normal display screen that it displays when the Atm is not in use. I tried this a couple of times more, only to encounter the same thing again and again. Later on I just went to the SBI Atm located at Tiger Circle in Manipal, I checked my Mini Statement and it reflected that my account had been debited by Rs 20, 000/-, when no cash had come out. I have already registered a complain with the Manipal branch of SBI. However, I request you to kindly look into the matter and credit my account back by Rs 20, 000/- at the earliest.

atm related — malfunctioning of ATM machine

R/Sir,

I, RAKES SINGH CHAUHAN am having the ATM card number[protected] and account number [protected] beg to state that while operating the ATM machine on 22/09/09 at approx. 14:30 hrs.,
near main gate of OFC, chandrapur ( maharashtra) i have given the command for withdrawl of Rs 4000/-
but i could not get the cash but it has been deducted from my balance. also I want to state that my ATM card is of Chakradhar Nagar, Raigarh(C.G.) Branch and i have Operated the Machine at Maharashtra now
Not any Branch is ready to Accept the Complaint. So i request u to please give guideline regarding this
matter.
