[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM machine not gave cash but deducted from account.

Hi, I am Shivakumar Ladde. I have an account with SBI in your esteemed branch. I used Debit card to get cash(1000/-) from SBH bank ATM machine at Latur on 16 Feb at around 7:30 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Still the amount has been deducted from my acount which I come to know next day. Now I dont know what to I am planing to go consumer court. Can you please help me lodging the complaint with Consumer Court. Thanks

HI I M VIPIN SHARMA I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN SBI OPENED IN DEC.28 AND GOT MY ATM ON 4 MARCH BUT DID NOT RECIEVE MY ATM PIN TILL 7TH APRIL AND MANAGER DOES NOT PROVIDE ME THE CHEQUE BOOK AND INTERNET BANKING AND I COMPLAINT LOT OF TIME AND DOES NOT GET THE SOLUTION NAD THEIR BEHAVIOUR WAS TO TALK ANY CUSTOMER WAS WRONG

sir this is N vasantha i have an account in ur S B H, uppal Branch since from last 2 years.i have went to
A T M to withdraw the 30.000Rs first i have withdrawn the 15000Rs and 2nd time again gone for the 15000Rs, but i haven"t received the money in 2nd time, i have got the error code and after that from my acc statement is showing that money have been deducted from my acc so plss try to rectifie the error as soon as possible, Acc num is [protected] on[protected] at 9.09pm and the card num is[protected].in uppal gandhistachu A T M and the txn num is 8576..thanking u sir...

Sir,
My name is Partha Sarathi Pandey and I am an account holder of SBI. On 20th April, 2009, at around 2pm, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.3500/- from ICICI atm at Residency Road, Bangalore. The atm machine displayed "Your transaction is being processed", and after some 5 minutes it displayed "Network Error", and neither the cash not the printed slip was dispensed. So I withdrew the same amount from an atm just beside it in the same room.


After checking my mini-statement on 22nd of April, 2009. I found out that Rs 3500/- has been deducted from my savings a/c twice.
Please look into this matter, and rectify the error, so that I may get back my hard earned money.

Hi, I am Mohammed Ershad. I have an account with SBH in your esteemed branch. I used ATM card to get cash(1500/-) from SBI bank ATM machine at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad on 1st july at around 8:30 PM. I couldn't get cash since the machine was out of order. Next day i visited SBH, Vanasthalipuram but i didnt get the proper response from the manager which shows their irresponsible behaviour and neglegance. i have account in silvassa branch i withdrawn cash on 18.05.2009 on pondicherry brindavan branch but i didn"t cash getr cash but it was debitred as cash recevied i have given a compliant letter to the branch but till i have not received any compliant the cash amt is 500 pls do the need ful
I HAVE MY ACCOUNT IN UNION BANK OF INDIA, TODAY WHEN I MADE TRANSACTION FROM MY ATM DEBIT CARD OF AMOUNT RS 700 FROM STANDARD CHARTED ATM (GURGAON), IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY BUT MONEY DID NOT COME OUT OF THE MACHINE .AND I KEPT WAITING IN THE ATM FOR THE MONEY TO COME BUT IT DIDN'T COME . QUICK ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN BY THE AUTHORITIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND MY AMOUNT SHOULD BE REFUNDED.
