Non receipt of ATM Card.
Sir, I am maintaining a Savings account (No. 30329657982) with your esteemed Bank at the Panbazar Branch in Guwahati, Assam. I had applied for an ATM Card about 45 days back but I am yet to receive the same. Can you kindly let me know the reason of delay in receiving my ATM Card ? Looking forward to your early response,

Dear Sir, Last December 2006 I applied for a ATM card and I never received the card.I hold a NRI a/c at the Panbazar branch, Guwahati
I am appaled at the treatment I received fromSBI. The matter needs to be investigated and a reply given to my satisfaction.I stayed in India for seven months and had to travel to Guwahati
almost 300 km to withdraw my money. I am asking you should this
be allowed to happen . yours, Kamal Dutta.

Sir, I am maintaining a Savings account (No. 10204264414) in SBI personal Bank at the Bistupur Branch in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I had applied for replacement of ATM Card on 8th Aug.'09. But I am yet to receive the same. A few days back I have collected the pin no.from the Bank. I found the address written on the letter was my previous residence. I went to post office for searching my ATM card, but I found no ATM card came in my name.Can you kindly let me know the reason of delay in receiving my ATM Card ?
