ATM transaction failure : Receive Rs. 500 Short
Dear Sir/Madam
I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in and contactcentre@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.
I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN00118703) ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

i m sachin kumar and my acount in sbbj, talwandi, kota;rajsthan.since, nov.2008.my a/c is 00000061052885523.i am not able to withdraw cash from any ATM might be some technical problems to my card or ATM.
So please do the needful at earliest

Dear Sir,
My name is Dilip Narayan Khaware, I have A/C in Jamtara Branch (JHARKHAND).
My A/C No. is 11048509975 and my ATM card No. is 6220180021300013667.
Adress(permanent):- R.L.S.Road, Near jagannath Mandir, B.Deoghar, JHARKHAND.
The problem is that, I tried to withdrawl Rs 600 from ATM (Badarpur,
New Delhi) on 27th april at 17:45, but I couldn't money due to some
technical problem of ATM, but money has been deducted from my A/C.
I have contact many times to customer care as well as sent e mail to
helpline.lhopat@sbi.co.in and sbi00213@sbi.co.in.
and I have also submit self sign application to the Branch Manager,
JAMTARA on 20th May 2009, 150 days has been passed but no action has
been taken from that side.
Kindly take necessary action into my problem.

I would like to inform you that 2 week above i lose my ATM Debit Card, Immadiate i informed to SBI Custame Care to Locked the my ATM Debit Card, After one Week one person return the the my ATM Debit Card, then i have informe toSBI Custame Care to UnLock the my ATM Debit Card.
Today i went to check my A/C Balance. it will not processed ( unable to processed)

Please open my ATM Debit Card if there is lock

dis is t.raju.i am a/c.holder in di state.bank of of india of a.p.paper mills branch at rajahmaundry.my a/c no.is 6220180198000084907.i forgot di pin num of atm.my compliant given 2 S.B.I but they were negleted&many times i discussed with them but no response.i talked with toll free num of SBI, they were given 1 suggistion that is, u wil pay 50 rupees of fine for pin num of atm.same matter i disscussed with sbi brantch officer but no response.i am waiting 5 monthes pin num of atm.
