Unsuccessful mobile top-up

Sir, I sent a request for top up of 101/- for my Reliance mobile no [protected]. I got the message that the request accepted for processing payment of Rs 101 to TOPUP Code= 949, with Tid[protected] on 11/7/2012. The amount was deducted from my primary account .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. So please help me and do the needful.
