Education loan-COMPLAINT
Dear sir
Through this letter I would wish to point out the pathetic condition of SBI, MAIN BRANCH, SAHIBGANJ, JHARKHAND. Of late the Manager is not availabe and the loan sanctioning office, newly appointed, seems to be very ineffective.For the past two months, I have been running to get my Education loan sanctioned but to my despair the things have worsened.
Please check "how many education loan Applications have been passed by the aforesaid branch in the last two months, I am sure not more than five while a smaller SBI branch at the college campus, sahibganj has during the same duration sanctioned more than 100 loan applications". It feels very bad that the SBI, MAIN BRANCH, SAHIBGANJ has failed to live up to the expectations of the public.
I am really sad the way I have been treated and the way other meritorios students are being treated.

| Not just the SBI guys all nationalized bank guys who are into processing educational loans are a bunch of motherfuckers. They dont understand what all the student is going thru. |

| the reason behind sending this mail is that i have visited your bank a couple of timeswhich is situated in gaya sbi main branch, gaya, in bihar state for edu. loan. my father a/c is also running there and the a/c no. is 30220405492. i need rs.4000000/- to persue pgdm from a institute which is aicte approved but instead of co-operating the person who is responsible to solve & pass the loan is ignoring & insulting me. if there is no solution of my problem in a week then i will have to lodge a complaint to the pprime minister who is also handling finance ministry. also to the chief minister of bihar . i will request him to not co -operate & withdraw all supportsas the bank is not fulfilling the criteria of the government. |

MY NAME IS SANJAY LALJIBHAI NASIT FROM SURAT CITY.MY EDUCATION FILE NO.194. I HAVE APPLYED EDUCATION LOAN FOR MBA. I HAVE APPLY MY LOAN IN PRAKASH SOC. BRANCH, DHOD DOD ROAD AT SURAT.I HAVE APPLY NEAR ABOUT 15 APRIL 2009.I HAVE GIVE ALL REQUIRE DUCUMENT FOR LOAN. I HAVE ALSO GIVE GAURENTER'S DOCUMENT.MY LOAN INSPECTION ALSO HAS FINISHD.BUT ITC BUILDING LOAN DEPARTMENT, MAJURA GATE, SURAT THERE NIMA MEDAM AND MALVIYA D. N. SIR ARE NOT GIVING RESPONSE ABOUT MY LOAB.NIMA MEDAM AND MALVIYA SIR ARE DEMANDED FOR SECURITY MORGAGE.BUT SECURITY MORGAGE IS NOT REQUIRE UP TO 7.5 LACKH.THEY ARE GIVIN DEFFERENT RESONS ABOUT MY LOAN AND THEY ARE NOT GIVIN PROPER REPLY.
SO, I REQUEST TO YOU SIR THAT WHY THEY ARE NOT WANT TO GIVE LOAN.

| I agree that Banks especially in 3-tier cities where they lack competition from the private banks have become very lethargic and a bunch of people who think responding late is their birth right. Shame on people with such mentality. |

With due respect & humble submission i somya prakash mishra beg to state that i am totally disatisfied with your policy.I had got a loan from sbi, bolangr(orissa) of 3.08 lakhs of study loan as i am persuing mba from iimt, greater noida, I had received 1st installment of 1 lakh on june 2008.But, i denied to received my second installment on dec 2008 & reason being there was a loan of my father(MR.bhagirathi mishra) which he had failed to pay in past.But, what is my fault?Its the duty of sbi to see whether my father had such loan or not at the time of granting loan to me.If they had denied to give me loan at that time, I wuld have applied in some other bank.I am innocent, where is my fault lies.If i am guilty please tell me why?I am writting this letter after so many days bcoz i am not able to give my third installment of 1lakh.As i had already borrowed money from my friend & now nobody is giving me money.My career is in danger just bcoz of the bank negligence.No bank is giving loan bcoz i gad loan default from sbi.pls tell me my mistake as i am innocent my mba career is in danger.I need feedback from your side pls reply & give me a solution of my problem

Respected sir, This is prasanna kumar, s/o shree yaggi mishra vill+post-chakauti p.s-nanpur Diss-sitamarhiI got addmition Aug-2008 in NIFT, Bhopal.I have applyed the education loan in Dec(2008) from my nearest Branch chakauti. I have applyed education loan for amount 4 lakh only. Branch Manager( Mr. Vijay Thakur) demand the paper of Security and Gurenter, My father fulfill the security as land( 5 acre) and gurenter (my father, who was retire person from Govt. service. I am Ravi Kumar Singh S/o Sri Ashok Singh, Vill+P.O- Janibigha, P.S- Bodhgaya. Sir I got result for Entrance examination Heritage Institute Hotel & Tourism first merit list. It is approved by UGC. Sir I want to take addimision in Hotel management but i am not able to pay money then I have applyed the education loan in from my nearest Branch Bodhgaya. Manager not passed loan because I passed in Metric 2003 after that My father has not money then i couldn't take addimision Intermediate, so I passed in I.Sc 2009 (55.2%) in between time i was preparing Computer after that I teach some student then I earn some money. then I have taken intermediate examination so please help me sir. I am so sad Sir if you have any idea then please give me. Please sir helps me soon. Sir I have not time give me some advice soon |

This is with regards to Education loan of 4.0 lacs applied for my daughter -Pooja Tandon in SBI, Gadepan, Kota (Raj.) for graduation course in Biotechnology from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat (H.P). The loan application along with all relevant details have been submitted in CFCL, Branch at Gadepan and has been cleared 10 days back by the local Branch Manager.However the application is stuck up at Kota office of SBI . The urgency explained to Mr. Sodani of SBI, Kota and all proof with regards to approval of this university by U.G.C and institute approved from Govt. of Himachal has been submitted but there is no reply from the bank till now.
IIn addition to above the approach of SBI and in particular the clearing manager at kota is very negative and inspite of furnishing all documents with regards to institute and university's recognition by state government and university grants commission, he is neither giving feedback and not clearing loan.
Urgent action is required. |
| i'm sridharan studying chemical engineering 3 rd year in erode sengunthar engineering college... i went to apply the education loan in sbi bank in the branch of sangarapuram. branch code is 11072... the manager was rejected to proceed my loan due the unnecessary reasons...i got the 98.9 percentage in my last semester result but they would be reject or they didnt accept to proceed the loan for me...the manager just said, dont come here for apply the loan...pl sir... i believe that being your urgent action they would proceed the loan for me... |

I am studying in B.Tech.at HINDUSTAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Gr. NOIDA.
I registered for Education Loan online.My registration no. is SBI-EL-189261. While
filling nearest branch from place of stay, I filled JEWAR, but there was no result for this.
There were some more branches to choose.So I selected branch JHAJHAR-5962.When
I went to officer of branch JHAJHAR, he said to me that I should submit certificate proving that
the nearest branch from my stay is JHAJHAR.But doing so is illegal, because nearest
branch is JEWAR.
So, Please take some action as soon as possible.I shall be highly oblized to you.

I am Prasanna kumar studing in the National Institute of Fashion Technology
(Bhopal), second year in textile design.I am in the dire need of financial asssistance so as to continue my studies at NIFT Bhopal.I have been applying for the education loan since 13 months but he demands the money as an commision in lieu of doing this job for me. I have also produced security deposit and all garenter for this money. The bank manager is speaking that my collage is not affliated to the A I C T E
and despite providing all the certificates and evidences he is not in favour of providing me with the loan facility.It is well known fact that my collages is a part and parcel of ministry of textiles.Please help me out so that i can continue my studies at NIFT .

I was Complete my HSC examination in Thanjavur district for the school of government boys higher sec school.peravurani.I Got the 3rd mark in my school.After my higher study counsling i got the seat from Meenakshi engg college in chennai.Here after i got the fees structure for the purpose of education loan.I was Applied education loan in my native(Peravurani)branch.We had submitted all bank Aided details on 28th august.Still now the bank manager is not supporting us.in every day my parents walking to the bank.
Note:1.We are poor family, my father is tailor.my brother working in one private concern.we got one loan from Same SBI bank For the purpose of Fire accidend(25000).till we had paid 11, 000 Rs.it will have one year time .
2.In that suituation my college Management is rush out to Myself to pay the money.this position i went to inform the bank manager, but he is not worry about this.
