CANCELLATION OF CREDIT CARD
In sipite of doing all the things I am still getting the Statement. it is horrible. I am planning ot go to Grahak Suraksha

I am really very much dis-satisfied with the communication with sbi. For your kind information from the very first day of receiveing the credit card it was communicated vide phone to your reresentative taht I was not interested in mediclaim or other services provided by SBI. I am not getting rid of SBI statement. I had nevere used this card nor am having this card physically with me and am not also able to asccess theses repeated statment form SBI. I clearly declared that as I have nevere used the services of SBI, I am not going to pay a single penny to this account. Please refer to your letter dated 29.5.2009 on the above mentioned subject. Kindly take refer of Smiriti Suri, Manager chargeback letter Ref. no. Fsvg0509000507 dt. 19.5.2009 in respect of my card no. 400 6610 1691 1955 . vide that I have been provided a temporary credit of Rs. 1030.00
Please also take a note of your statement dt. 23.5.2009 . where I have to make the payment of Rs. 1030.00 and I had issued one cheque No. 449711 for Rs. 2060.00 which was missplaced by me for the same I had instructed my banker to stopp payment and issued another cheque No. 449712 for Rs. 2060.00 . Unfartunataly both the cheques reached to you and one is credited . So If you check my account you will find excess payment made my me. and your letter to take legal action is not justified .
Please also note that vide your statement dt. 23.5.2009 you hhave also demanded Annual Fee of Rs. 500.00 . Please note that now a days no Bnak is charging annoual fee for renewal of credit card, they are providing cards fee of cost for live time . You are requested to wave the annual fee of Rs. 500.00 for this year and also for the future . In case you dot't I have will have no choice but have to switch over from your card to some othe card.

in my statementt u have charged annual fee whearas it was not necessary because at the time of issuing card ur executive informed me that no annual fee is required for this card. In this connection it is requested that it may be reversed or cancel my card with immediate effect

I am in receipt a bill of said credit card no.amount Rs. 827.25/- which related to the annual fee charges. It is observed that I have not applied for the renewal of this credit card cna even I do not possess the same card.
One year back I have already cancel my previous credit card vide letter no. dtd. 07.08.2009 and no bill has been send since than.
So you are requested to cancel my credit card and reverse the bill amount immediately with the conformation from your site at my email address which is pargroup@in.com.

Dear Sir,
Subject: Complaint regarding Credit Card which was never renewed.
Credit Card No.4317 5757 0577 7176 in the name of Surinder Rampal
I had a SBI credit card bearing perhaps the above mentioned number which was never used and finally expired. Thereafter, I destroyed the expired card. However, after long time, I received a call from your customer care offering me to issue a fresh credit card if I deposit the required annul fee. On an assurance given by your staff, I did the same and deposited the fee. But the new card was never issued and the position remains the same till date. In spite of this position, to my utter shock, I have started receiving a monthly statement asking me to deposit late fee presumably for the annual fee deposited by me for the never used and never issued credit card.
The above position is highly irregular and callous. I request you to withdrawn your claim for late fee immediately failing which the matter will be reported to the RBI. Because of your callous aand irresponsible attitute, I do want to have any relationship with your company. Since the credit card was never issued, the payment made by me for renewal of card may also be refunded along with interest immediately.
In case, I do not receive your response within a week, I matter will be reported to the RBI for appropriate action.

The validity of credit card will be completed by August 2014.As per latest statement dated 15th sept. 2010 i have to pay Rs 1346.33 .Against the due amount worth Rs 1346.33 I have paid the due amount through cheque no 149106 of Allahabad Bank dated 18th sept 2010 & dropped in a droped box at the main branch of SBI gandhinagar.Now I do not wish to use the primary credit card no 5101 2869 2636 7667 & also the additional card 5101 2869 2636 7675.My account no is 5101 2869 2196 3924.
Hope my cards will be cancelled on priority. Kindly inform me the status of cancellation of my card at the earliest.If both the cards will be not cancelled immidiately & any loss /fraud will took place you will be held responsible for the same.

I am in receipt a bill of said credit card no. amount Rs.1053.46 /- which related to the annual charges and late fee charges, whereas on sep.11, 2010 I had intimated by mail that I have not applied for the renewal of this credit card and even I do not possess the same card.
Henceforth I had requested to reverse the bill amount and close the account.
I would like to cite that a year back I have already cancel my previous credit card on 07-08-2009 and no bill has been send since than.
I presume that this bill is generated by oversight so please cancel the bill and acknowledge the same.
It is further submitted that these presentations of bills are creating unnecessary harassment to me and if it continue from your side, I will have no option than to take stern action against you.
I hope that the said matter will be resolved immediately with your kind support.
