[Resolved]  SBI Freedom — i did not get recharge to my mobile even amount was deducted

I used mobile freedom service from SBI to top up my mobile numbers from Idea and Airtel for Rs. 59 and Rs. 500 respectively but no recharge have been done to the numbers and the balance from the account was deducted immidiately.
Kindly help as this service is sucking up our money.

Today I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid with 98 rs.(internet pack) through SBI mobile freedom 98 rupees was deducted but i did not get recharge my that mobile number is [protected] pl. help

I made my Sister's online recharge. But transaction got failed.
At the same time amount also got deduted.
Amount was: Rs.123.00

Yesterday i tried to recharge my airtel mobile [protected] by 15 rs. Bt recharge was not add to my mobile number although the amount was deducted from my sbi a/c.. Pramendra singh rawat

when ever i want to register a payee it shows a message payee name already exists so delete the name locally from mobile app but when ever i want to delete the payee account but the payee is not avalable in manage payee

i purchase a new Android mobile HTC Desire C and install SBI Freedom software from google play store. but it not work on my mobile. can anyone help me in this matter.
