SBI personal loan account - after payment of all the loan amount in advance also they put my name to CIBIL

Dear Sir,
I have paid all my dues to SBI for loan account no. as below in the month of Sept'11, and now i am applying for the new home loan from HDFC ltd. , then i came to know that my name is appearing in the CIBIL, kindly arrange provide me NOC and to remove my name from CBIL, which i don't know why it has been put in CBIL.
