[Resolved]  Sbi / Pnb — Cash Transcation from ATM

On Dated 24/10/2009 at 15.29 pm I applied for withdrawn an amount of Rs.4000/= from my saving account (SBI A/c no. [protected]) at PNB ATM, Janakpuri East, New Delhi vide Transcation no.1018.
No amount was withdrawn from ATM Machine, but the same amount has been debited to my Saving account.

I have complained to both of the banks many times but till date no action has been taken, a month have been passed away but the amount has not been credited to my account.

Please take necessary action.
