[Resolved] SBI Railway Card — FRAUD BY SBI RAILWAY CREDIT CARD | |||
SBI (State Bank of India) RAILWAY CARD approached me in Oct 2011, for their credit card and after some procedures they issued me a railway credit card on 15 Oct 2011 which as per them can be used for railway reservation and as a credit card. They took Rs. 572/- from me as an annual fee. After issuing card,I tried to activate it but failed due to problem in their system. I tried their customer care many times. But did not get response. Every time customer care put me on hold and never contacted me. Finally I mailed on sbi mail id provided in broucher, for cancellation of card. I got the response not to cancel card and the problem will be sorted out immediately. After that I found no response. Again I mailed them and found response that my card is cancelled and to throw the card in dust bin. Also it was mentioned in mail that there are no dues of me with SBI Card. Again I mailed mentioning about my annual fees which i have paid against the same card which I have never used. I got response to provide bank details to transfer my amount due with them. And I provided all necessary details but till the date I have got no response and due money. After that I have sent three mails to remind but got no answer from them. Even after mailing on the above id, I got no response. This means SBI team is not willing to resolve the matter and just pretending.
