Hello Mr.Raikumar, In 2011 Scartnet Tech selected around 200 candidates in campus interview all over india. During the time of roll in we clearly said to every candidate that we provide only 100 Hrs in house training in 15 days time span, Because we allotted only 8 systems for training so we called 8 per batch. This training is only for identifying the attitude and potentiality of overcoming the pressure. In your call letter also we mentioned that based on your performance candidate can allow to continue the probation otherwise they could be roll out from the training. In our database you are attended only 9 days then rolled out there is no evidence for working 6 months. When I checked the time sheet by your batch you only signed 9 days. If you want the performance sheet I will send you.

Don't spoil ur life with this fraud(Scartnet) Company... friends don't believe them, they cheating us, their aim is get our money using our job interest specifically freshers who have thinking we can't get job easily, please don't flat in their Words "U r Selected", it means not u got job there, u will b the slave for them and ur life will goes to down...
there's no trainer, no way to learn, they don't provide net conn...simply they r cheating in a professional manner...

yeah i too attended interview their they r asking to pay 40000 money for us to get trained under them but when i enquired there r only 3 members working that too for 1500 salary as they have given original certificates they cannot able to come out...my friend venoth said all this since he is still suffering so dont spoil ur future...they have not done any projects so far simply having 3 systems thats all no other things its fake company

yes absolutely i am also go for that company, they did't have net connection and faculties to train me, and they said they are even ready to pay 5000 per month to get me in trap, ie to hand over my certificates, when i asked my seniors they said they ve been trapped since they surended their certificates, they cannot go out, and they didnt did and project so far, in all these years 1 ly one project have been done by this scartnet company, that is also just a church project using html only, they knew nothing and teach nothing i have wasted my 4 months here, so for gods sake look for a company or something else but not this psycho club

sacartnet technologies is not a company guys, its a sewage, you can pay money of rs 30, 000 and waste some time there and waste your future and life also, i did this mistake and now suffering, if you want to learn nothing under a fool organization this is the best choice, unfortunately if you try to be smart these fools organization will not let you do, nor let you learn, they will make your value remain null forever...all right even after is anybody wish to join that concern my deep condolence for their funeral...000000

This is not a company. Asking freshers to provide funds for purchasing hardwares for the company. No facilities available in the company. No proper training is being given to trainees. Even they are unable to provide internet facilities for the trainees. An utter waste of company I have ever seen. Dont ever engage yourself to get into such a dumb trap.

They are not paying the salary as per mentioning in call letter...they are not proving good and efficient training in 15 days...but they are expecting outstanding performance from freshers...don't invite them for placements...this is a fake company... Be aware of it...

this is not company this is not even any , this is run by fraud fellows ...whose only aim is to cheat and run from the cheated money

this is one of the leading fraud company. this company spoil youngster life. Here well planned and trained professional frauds and don't event have UPS and no proper net connection. Here only 4 computers are used. one for MD, one for HR and remaining 2 system only for all over company.

i have attened 1st round interview... the result will be on friday.. now what can i do brother

My name is Anand, I have taken over as CEO for about three weeks now, and it is my responsibility to take Scartnet to the next level. As I was taking stock of the situation, found few dis-heartening complaints, so had a small chat with Mr. Frederick, founder and co-owner of this company.

Honestly, I do not want to, out rightly reject the complaints, but cannot accept everything written is true. First and foremost thing I would like to clarify, is that, Scartnet Technologies R&D Pvt. Ltd., is not a fraud company. We are a private limited company legally registered under ROC, staying in the same address for five years and all communication numbers are same.It is the mistake of Mr. Frederick, to have blindly trusted somebody in executing a program. Taking advantage of the trust, that concern person, went on a unethical personal rampage, which messed up the original plan and created chaos both for the company as well as others here.

I personally want to regret the inconvenience caused. I understand things cannot be undone, but if there is anything we can be of assistance, please do feel free to write or talk to me.

My name is Anand, I am the Ex-CEO of this company. I have updated a comment about 4 weeks back as part of my job. My stay in this company was only 8 weeks, but have met the biggest fraud in my life called Frederick.

Mr. Fraud Frederick, practically begged me two months ago, as he was not able manage situation at Scartnet and wanted help to rebuild the business. Empathizing his situation, I agreed to help him, as I have experience in Business Development and Management, under terms that he would pay me Rs.15, 000/- as basic reimbursement and 5% on any billing in first three months and 7.5% after three months.

I have worked on average about 10 hours per day, for last two months, sometimes including Sunday’s too, to stabilized the situation and lay a foundation to take-off. During this two months, I have had numerous brain storming discussion with Mr. Frederick to understand flaws in current process and how to rectify them, be-it-be training, software development, development process, marketing, internal operational process. Now that things have stabilized and ready to take-off, looks like Mr. Fraud Frederick as become confident that he handle things on his own.

Terminating my services under the pretext of non-affordability is a lie, Mr. Fraud Frederick is consciously cheating me as he as to share 7.5% of all upcoming billings and as to offer me Director ship on completion of one year.

THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND FRADUNESS.

The difference started, when I insisted not follow the old process of trapping freshers in the name of offering jobs.

Friends, I request all those who read this comments to stay away and forward this to as many as possible, update your social network, so that nobody gets trapped by Scartnet or Fraud Frederick.

Scartnet complaint against B.M. Anand Kumar in Commissioner of Police and Proved we are Not a Fraud, Not a Idea Stealer, Not a Intellectual Property Theif

We already had the experience with our previous employees posting a false message in forum when we scolded them for their mistake or ask them to relive if they are indulging their way. But Anand Kumar is extreme case and he proved himself mentally not fit for the organization.

We appointed B.M. Anand Kumar as a CEO in our company on Jan 8th 2015. We clearly mentioned in his offer letter about the submission of true copies of educational, professional qualification and relieving letter from previous organization. But he failed to submit the documents as per company norms. Even though he had not submitted the document we paid his 24 days salary of Rs.11, 528.00 for the month of January 2015 based on humanity.

During his employment with us, we identified Misconduct – using abusive language with his superior in office premises. We are also not satisfied with the work (lack of performance) and also willful failure to follow the management instruction and guidelines. We justified that he was not eligible for the post of CEO in our company any more. Hence, we informed him about the termination from service with immediate effect i.e. 28th February 2015 from our company. We send termination letter through registered post. But we on hold his February 2015 salary of Rs 15, 000.00 because of not submitting the required certificates and task reports to company.
His revenge activity against management is given below.

He aggressively came to office on 6th march 2015, Shouted “how can you terminate me from service” and said “I won’t allow your office to function”. He threaten his superior using abusive language & thrown away the things in front of staffs Mr.Tamil, Mr.Amjath and visitor Mr.Hedwig. He showed the false step to all my current and previous staffs by sent a threatening email against the management. His only intension is to defame his superior’s professional by mentioned as a “Idea Stealer” and demanded Rs. 10 lakhs as a compensation for using his ideas.

He did cyber bullying to defame & humiliate his superior name as well as our company name to bring hatred in others minds by publishing the false message in consumer forum. In this way he is trying to bring great loss to our company. He is indulging to damage the name of management and our company as a result we complaint against B.M. Anand Kumar in Commissioner of Police, Chennai. Our complaint #163 dated 24/03/15.
