Clause 4 : "policies of the organization as may be in force from time to time"
Clause 9 : "to be effective only after ... upon submitting copies of all your mark sheets and final degree "
Clause 10 : " You are bound by code of conduct rules of the company. ...engage in act of indiscipline such as insubordination .."
Clause 11 : " .. required to sign a service guarantee agreement ...'
These are the reason for the organization may take the action against the associates.
If the associate not completed the task, the organization may stop the payment.
If any associates disclose the salary within the organization in any form leads to take action as it deems fit.
If any associates have the mentality to fight with superiors, organization initiate action against them.
Project and Clients are the confidential to the organization no one disclose to any form.
Organization may ask the candidate to provide the bank guarantee and bond depends on the situation.

Scarnet technologies- No one fraud, they selected 40 members from our college, in training they gave 1 system for 4 members.no proper training, they got all originals and they dint give even 1 rupee as salary.

Hi All, My name is Anand, I have taken over as CEO for about three weeks now, and it is my responsibility to take Scartnet to the next level. As I was taking stock of the situation, found few dis-heartening complaints, so had a small chat with Mr. Frederick, founder and co-owner of this company.Honestly, I do not want to, out rightly reject the complaints, but cannot accept everything written is true. First and foremost thing I would like to clarify, is that, Scartnet Technologies R&D Pvt. Ltd. is not a fraud company. We are a private limited company legally registered under ROC, staying in the same address for five years and all communication numbers are same.
It is the mistake of Mr. Frederick, to have blindly trusted somebody in executing a program. Taking advantage of the trust, that concern person, went on a unethical personal rampage, which messed up the original plan and created chaos both for the company as well as others here.
I personally want to regret the inconvenience caused. I understand things cannot be undone, but if there is anything we can be of assistance, please do feel free to write or talk to me.

My name is Anand, I am the Ex-CEO of this company. I have updated a comment about 4 weeks back as part of my job. My stay in this company was only 8 weeks, but have met the biggest fraud in my life called Frederick.
Mr. Fraud Frederick, practically begged me two months ago, as he was not able manage situation at Scartnet and wanted help to rebuild the business. Empathizing his situation, I agreed to help him, as I have experience in Business Development and Management, under terms that he would pay me Rs.15, 000/- as basic reimbursement and 5% on any billing in first three months and 7.5% after three months.
I have worked on average about 10 hours per day, for last two months, sometimes including Sunday’s too, to stabilized the situation and lay a foundation to take-off. During this two months, I have had numerous brain storming discussion with Mr. Frederick to understand flaws in current process and how to rectify them, be-it-be training, software development, development process, marketing, internal operational process. Now that things have stabilized and ready to take-off, looks like Mr. Fraud Frederick as become confident that he handle things on his own.
Terminating my services under the pretext of non-affordability is a lie, Mr. Fraud Frederick is consciously cheating me as he as to share 7.5% of all upcoming billings and as to offer me Director ship on completion of one year.
THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND FRADUNESS.
The difference started, when I insisited not follow the old process of trapping freshers in the name of offering jobs.
Friends, I request all those who read this comments to stay away and forward this to as many as possible, update your social network, so that nobody gets trapped by Scartnet or Fraud Frederick.
