Dear Sir:
This is to inform and to request you to ask your concerned department to stop
harassing me and my family members. The recent call were made by a person claiming he is Rahul Gupta from claim department. On 3rd March 2008 morning Mr. Rahul Gupta called on telephone and shouted and abused at one of the female staff of The New York Times New Delhi bureau.
I assume you are aware its an offence to abuse or shout at women. I also suggest that you or some one in your office request Mr. Rahul to send a letter of apology to the concerned person. Mr. Rahul was very abusive, shouting at my colleagues also threatening me that he will physically and mentally torture me by telling my friends and relatives and neighbors.
In July 2007 I sent a letter along with copies of c.c. statements and my
Bank statements by courier requesting your head accountant to clarify the discrepancies
in the card statements. So far I have not got an answer.
Although I have paid you lots of extra money as late fees.
Yet I get threatening calls from your Delhi claim department.. Every time a new person calls up and they refuse to come to meet me, So I can show all my papers to them. and they can check the details. Its sheer harassment.
I strongly suggest you tell your officers either explain all the details to me and clear up once and for all. Or tell the claim department not to harass me anymore If this continue I have no option but to report it to the court or consumer court..
I am enclosing the earlier letter sent to your head department. .
Please after clarifying and answering my queries I am willing to pay any outstanding if any. But not late fees. Please let me know as soon as possible.
Four your information I am a employee in an office and I cannot waste my office hours just conversing with your staff as they keep calling me many time in a day.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,
P. J. Anthony

Dear Sir:
I would like to inform you that on 15 February 2007 I issued a cheque No509566
for Rs.18525.38 against credit card No. [protected], which was not credited into this account till today, and you have been adding late fees every Month. I had made several calls to your service center and I never got a proper answer from them. I also faxed a copy of my Bank statement (to Ms. Payal on fax No.[protected] showing this particular check being cashed on 21 Feb. 2007.
On another credit card no. [protected] I deposited a cheque No.509568 dated 15 Feb. 2007 for Rs. 4483-98, which was also shown in my bank statement as cashed
on 21 Feb. 2007, but not credited in your statement. And you have been charging me for late fee. In this same account you show a credit of Rs. 26000-00 and from this you have been transferring to other accounts. And yet charging late fees.
On card no. [protected] paid by cheque no.509565 dated 15/2/2007 for Rs.1819-84, cashed on 21/2/2007 not credted in your statement. Late fee charged.
On card No. [protected] paid by cheque no.300529 dated[protected] for Rs.5652-00 and cheque No. 300534 dated[protected] for Rs.3942-73 not shown in your statement, but charged late fee. Both these cheques were cashed but not credited to my account.
I had requested on telephone for cancellation of all my credit cards, and the person said he will do that but nothing happened. I do not remember all the namesm one or two names I remember are Kakoli, Pradeep Kansal and Sujeet.
After holding my money for over three months you have the guts to send me an SMS on my mobile which I have not deleted -- saying that your credit card temperorily disconnected.
Further
I also suggest that you stop your telemarketing which is the course of my troubles. I am not the only one who is having problem with SCB, my colleague Soma Vatsa and others
have told me they too have been overcharged.
I would be most grateful if you could kindly look into these errors and correct them.
Finally I request you to please cancel all my credit cards with you. and clear
My account with you. if there is any balance please adjust against my credit card no. [protected].
Enclosed are copies of cheques and bank statements
Please let me know as soon as possible.
