[Resolved]  CIBIL — SEND THE DOCUMENTS AND FORGET

This is what happening to me that I requested for CIR( Credit Information Report) firstly two months back with all the documents duly filled and a demand draft of 142 Rupees, but all gone in vain as I asked after facing long holding on customer care on phone they have not received the documents and more suprisingly to know that they have no acknowledgement system for any document they receive. Then again I sent duly documents with new demand draft of Rs 142 SECOND TIME and got it confirmed that it was received. And since a month I am waiting again for CIR but it is not received yet. Their customer care do not pick the phone even you hold for an hour. Nobody can insist CIBIL to give the report. They do not answer to your emails. They keep repeatidly saying that you will get your CIR after 10days from it receive. They do not listen and nobody can compel them because "CIBIL is not a PUBLIC AUTHORITY under section 2 of Indian constitution" what they say!

Both Bank and Cibil has to come out with a policy that they will check cross verify the record provided by the bank frequently.
When a bank says a customer is defaulted the payment then Cibil is updateing the name imedately in its record in the same way it has to fix soem time to check weather the customer has cleared whit what he is supose to accroding to the bank's settlement.

If a persone becomes a defaulter because of some personal problem it does not mean that he will be defaulter for life time and does not mean that he will neaver get back to his normal status.

To Bankers,
What if i say that "As your bank is reffered my name to the cibil" and i am not getting the loan and i am not in a possition to arrange the payment and unless you take it back i cant make payment.
Actually CIBIL should also provide the updated info in thier reports. Like in one case, (Refer Control No. 41.67.97.642) in repect of Mr. Vijay Kumar Arora, the overdue of Rs. 4, 19, 931/- appearing in Auto Loan represents status of 1999.

This old info. is playing havoc with the banks/FIIs where he is involved.
i would like you to in form me the procedure for rectifying the wrong info/data pertaining to a borrower/customer placed in your reports circulated to your members.
I have sent my documents and DD for Rs 142 as well but, in vain. They do not respond to phone calls as well. A machine voice says they are experiencing "extremely high call volumes". Oh really? How much bigger than Indian Railways?
Even I sent all the documents with DD Rs. 142//- by courier for two times. But it is undelivered and returned twice. I don't know what to do as some banks are strictly following the defaulter list. I even do not how I became defaulter, all my dues are cleared.
