I am Vipan Kumar Bhatia from Sham nagar Ludhiana. I have took the fast way cable connection set top box one month back. but there is always a problem of poor signal quality. I fond of watching cricket matches, but these channels are running in good way. i have complaint so many times, but they are registering complaints but no action has been taken. please do the needful.
