From last five year we have cable connection.but now a set top box is compulsury. so i told many time to my cable operator to provide me set top box. but still he is not provide me set top box.he is saying that he is not able to so many costumer so surve thats why he is not provide me set top box. My Subscription ID No. is [protected] and I have purchased a coupon of Rs. 300/- on dated 03/06/2008 and it is not getting recharge from your customer care side No. [protected]. I have tried several times and the customer care people are saying due to some technical reason we cannot recharge the account. Please look into the matter at the earliest and give the reply on the above E-Mail address on receipt of this letter.
