Below is the END series of email to and fro shaadi.com************* the biggest white collared thieves I have come across til date********people*** please be ware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


The series of communication started from september 2013 around when we got a call from phoolbagan shaadicentre of Kolkata. They have their head office at Worli, Mumbai.

A payment of Rs. 5530/- was done to h franchaisee's SBI account , the name was Anand Mahto. Some Anand Mahto, Indrani, madhumita basak came in picture first. Then some more polished moved into the scene from Mumbai...They were Lubna, Yasmin n so on. Finally without any servcie provision they promisd to refund the money, covered up the 6 onths duratio and finally said NO to mooney refund. I have assured them to pul them to consumer court, which I will do. This is just a start of it. I hope thse complaints are seriously taken action against. Below are 3 later mails andmost important the last one, which has a gest of the whole scenario.

As per the last telephonic conversation, you were to get back with the response as to when are you refunding the amount of 5530.
But its almost a week now and there is no response from your end.

I guess the point is not clarified to you properly while giving you the handover of my case.
It's not that I didn't get good profiles. It's that I didn't get ANY service from your end even after paying the money for 6 months membership.
Due to the faulty service from your end, delay in start of service for a month and missing out on every single commitment, made by Indrani from phoolbagan office, I had requested you for simply providing my money back.
You people tossed my case from Mumbai to Kolkata office, till your phoolbagan office shut down, and the so-called agent of yours, Mr. Anand Mahto fled off from the picture.
I am sure you were aware of the closure of your phoolbsagn centre long back, but you didn't bother to quicken the step of money refund. You waited till the commited service period time also got over.
Now finally, when you have afforded to respond in last 8 months from your end, instead of simply refunding my money, which Lubna from Mumbai office had agreed on in October 2012 and said, she will try for the same, when I had visited to them; you are again trying to fool around mentioning the extent of service period by 3 months..... An extent of service, which I never took !! That too the extend of service according to you is From April 1st till July 1st 2013, which you are informing me the month of May, dated 8th may 2013 .... I.e.: already 40 days out of 3 months are gone.
Hence, the conclusion is; after the huge mis management and faulty service to a customer, and literally thieving the amount of 5530 in the name of providing prospect groom's profiles for over a period of six months, I.e.: 180 days, you want to smoothly eat off the money in the name of 50 days service.
In 50 days, you will provide profiles fort nightly, which means the frequency of sending profiles will be max thrice. In that, you will not send more than 10 contacts per round, which makes it a maximum of 30 profiles, not so worth ...... for the amount of 5530.
I sincerely apologize for having believed in the white collared thieves shaadi.com and repent for the same.
If you have some decency and morale left in business you are carrying on, just be clear enough and refund the amount of 5530..... That is my first and last request to you.
I am mentioning it again that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY MATRIMONIAL SERVICE FROM YOUR END.
PLEASE CONFIRM THE DATE BY WHEN ARE YOU SENDING THE MONEY BACK the AMOUNT OF RS. 5530. BY DD IT WILL BE PREFERABLE AS YOUR CHEQUE MAY BOUNCE.
