Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Shakers electric chimney top most model (Trident) on 30.7.2008. Within 25 days of my purchasing it's started oil leakage from the bottom edge of the machine & the wastage oil was not preserving to the oil container.
On my complaining, the service engineer affixed adhesive at the bottom edge oil leakage area to stop oil droping from chimney. In-spite of that when oil start droping again & on my repeated reminder the company people attached two transparent boxes making two additional whole on the bottom edge for not to drop the oil on the cooking pot (with extra cost).
That was also not resolved the issue & finally Company people taking the plea to close the window & door while machine is on so that oil will preserve into the wastage oil container. Which is completely baseless & non technical as beacuse they know cooking is difficult closing both the window & door.
On the above facts and circumstances we humbly prayed that your Honour would take some rigid action against the said Company so that the innocent customer could be saved from cheating of those fradulent companies. Also it is prayed to refund my money back at the earliest and for this act of kindness we shall be ever pray.
