[Resolved] DTDC Courier — Courier person's shameful behavior | |||
I work in a company and my office timing doesn't match with the courier service delivery timing. Today that courier person came to my hostel with out any prior information, when i was in office. As nobody was there to receive they couldn't deliver. After 5 hrs the person in charge called me and started shouting. He was so arrogant & rude. This is not the first time they are behaving like jerks. Many of my colleagues are facing the same problem. It seems like he is doing some charity thing by delivering the mails. He doesn't know how to behave with the costumer. This courier service is DTDC courier service, RAGHUNANDAN DRESS HOUSE, LAXMI BAZAR, NTPC KANIHA, ANGUL, ORISSA. I think, if the management staff of DTDC Courier Services are totally indifferent and have failed to discharge their resonsibilities committed to their clients who have entrusted the job of Courier Service for communicating most important documents meant for even embassies / senior officials of government departments, more so which are time bound. Moreover, the irreperable damage to the health of 70+ aged lady for making her suffering through prolonged mentle tension.
This complain relates to Doc sent on 3rd Sept from KOL to DELHI under AWB No. K43201364 which was made the receipient to collect personally from an address where doc was wrongly delivered by Delhi Branch Office DTDC. The Doc was Delivered to IMI isntead of ISI, Delhi though address was properly written on the envelop.
This has been done by the concerned staff of DTDC with malafide intention as because the status recorded in their site confirming the wrongly delivered doc has been changed / coocked with ulterior motives on 9th Sept afternoon but didn't record that actually it was collected personally on 8th Sept at 3:00 PM.
Anyway, I am having earlier status record and written confirmation of DTDC to the effect that the Doc was delivered to IMI not to ISI as per consignment note / AWB, and also the contents of the envelop in which doc was sent. Hence, I shall take necessary legal measures to ensure proper action to be taken for this severe loss in the matter related to the doc and causing serious health ailment to an old lady like me.

DTDC Courier — Shameful
I have booked a courier on 4 dec 09 in chandigarh sec 34 office of dtdc.they have different courier plans so in one plan naming blue or red they promised me that my courier will be delivered on 5 dec 09
i asked them to give me in written then the respective person promised me on my receipt with his signature.
but instead of 5, my courier get delivered there at 8.
in meantime i called dat person and he always assure me that he eill call me in a minute after checking, but he didnt called and after dat he even didnt picked my call.
as my doccument were imp so i remained silent till delivery but after dat i submitted my complaint to dtdc website and they also assured me for further action but nothin happens.
i had complained on their website 2-3 times but nothing till now.
